In Mars Needs Mechanics, players represent elite steam engineers competing for the prestigious appointment of Royal Astronautical Engineer aboard mankind's first rocket to Mars.
Starting the game with only 30 cogs (currency), players will utilize unique game mechanisms that emphasize timing to collect sets of components and build incredible mechanisms aimed at earning even more cogs. At the end of the competition, the engineer with the most cogs will earn their place as Astronautical Engineer on the crew of the H.M.S. Victoria VII
Special Exclusive Edition You Will Never Be Able to Get Again! Everyone who backs at the $45 or higher level will receive a limited edition and exclusive version of the game. You will NOT be able to get Mars Needs Mechanics like this again. Your game will be wrapped in a removable "Space Jack" limited edition box wrap that you will be able to slide your game in and out of. You will also receive an exclusive mechanism that we will never reprint and will be seriously cool to play with.
