I just got my accessories today! Finally.............!
The packaging is labeled "MADE IN TAIWAN".
Now my Pine is basically a good Bluetooth MP3 player, but only 2hr battery life.
In consideration of the new devices being offered by Neptune, hopefully new backers read the history of Neptune here so they know what they may expect after they engage. I feel customer service and community engagement is important, it's a reason why I like to support crowdfunded campaigns. While startups and the established alike stumble and all the common issues with manufacturing still seem to surprise some that participate, what disappointed me most about the Pine was the quality of the device offered. I am further disappointed in the complete lack of support. Good luck Neptune - your next campaign/product looks promising.

Never got the neptune, sent several messages, never had ANY answer. They DID however collect the money. Want my money back, don't want the Neptune anymore. think i will ask my lawyer to take care of it now, i've had it.
I backed the Neptune Pine without question only because the discussion was promising that Google Play would be licensed. And I assumed too much on that. So it was large, and clumsy, but it was a new concept, i.e. a wrist phone.
After I received the Neptune Pine, suddenly THIS new item "NEPTUNE SUITE" came out, and just as suddenly, the software update and SUPPORT for the now little Pine diminished, specially in that Google Play was no longer supported.
It's a testament to the 'support' of Neptune, I will say, that once a new item comes out, the previous item of choice is put on the back shelf, not even on the back burner.
I appreciate there are FORUMS appearing with some, but not all solutions, but I hesitate to back Neptune any further until I see some improvement in the SUPPORT.
My Neptune pine is now in my drawer. Unfortunately.
I think it's safe to say Neptune has no intention of replying to comments on this page. They haven't posted a comment on THIS page in at least 6 months.
You stated in your last update that you have shipped the accessories to everyone except approx. 35 who have moved. That is not the case. I have not moved and I did not receive any accessories. Please look into this and get back to us.
I still have not received my accessories. Really wondering what is going on. Has anyone managed to speak to someone from Neptune recently? Any info on what's taking so long?

I got my accessories also, but what happened with the additional accessory that was supposed to be added for free (I can't remember which update) I'm not sure if it was because a delay or something else. It's been way too long.
At least that since we didn't get update #15- "Founder Edition Marking".
Anyways, I'm not too worry since I will be selling my Pine. I haven't finished my contract so I can't connect it with my carrier. I tried it on and turned it on a couple of times.
It's a 64gb with two of the accessories. A helmet mount and a bumper and of course protective screens. If anyone is interested, I am selling it with everything.
Neptune. i'm getting sick of contacting you. you are just a group of lyres. at first you told me the watch will have a screen reader, then after delivering it you said no it doesn't. you asked me to return the watch 6 months ago or so and i did and you received it. I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. your customer service asked me for my phone number, gave it to them and gave them a time to call and they never did. until when will be playing this game?
