**Back any of the tiers in this campaign within the final two days and get your name mentioned in the book! **
My name is Neiko Anglin and I walked from Kansas City, MO to New York City.
Yes, you read that right!
In the short span of 3 Months I traveled 1199.1 Miles across America by foot.
Walking Across America was BY FAR the scariest thing I've ever done, but behind that fear was an adventure that would change my life.
Now let me tell you a little about the trip...
How'd the trip start?
The trip started on a spur of the moment idea, which means it wasn't pre-planned or funded by an organization. All I had was my two feet, a 25 pound backpack, and a craving for growth.
Leading into the trip I noticed I was taking what I had in life for granted, so the goal was to put myself in the worst possible environment where I would have to force myself to value what I was already blessed with.
Then, after two weeks of planning and MANY negative comments (mostly from my mother), I opened the front door and took the first step towards New York City. I could have waited longer and planned all the little details around the trip but I would have kept coming up with excuses about what needed to be "perfect" before I started.
And this is the fear I have for others, the fear that they have these amazing ideas and goals but wait for the perfect moment, then they end up never taking the leap.
Where did you sleep?
I did have a tent and sleeping bag so I was able to stay about anywhere.
But I was fortunate to be hosted by many caring families and individuals along the way. I would say that 40% of the time was spent outside in my tent.
I bet you met so many interesting people!?
Yes, the people are the ones that changed my life.
Whether they covered my lunch, provided conversation, or opened their house up to me. I wouldn't have been able to make it to the end without them.
The people I had met on the trip started to became my family and allowed me to see firsthand how all of us can come together for one goal.
Since I was able to meet such a large number of people, I was able to hear SOOO many fascinating stories.
Stories from meeting another gentleman walking across the country to a lady traveling from another 2500 Miles to be with the lost love of her life. (Now they're getting married!)
Since I'm fortunate enough to say I walked across the country, I want to use this book an outlet to share all of my experiences from this life altering adventure.
We Are All Lost will feature the key lessons, stories, and people I met along the way.
Publishing a book isn't a small task and it comes with many costs.
In order to produce the most professional book possible, I'll need your help as a backer.
When you pledge to any of the 6 tiers, you'll not only receive an official copy of "We are all lost" but you will also be apart of creating the book.
Each tier purchase will go towards editing, proofreading, and publishing costs. If we do not reach the goal of $500 before March 14th, then the book will need to be postponed until a later date.
This is why it's critical to get your copy during the pre-order period!

Risks and challenges
The main challenge of this book is going back through the sheer amount of journaling I had from the trip. It is my priority to give you the best possible book to not only tell you about the trip but how to experience it yourself.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
