FGG Website Password Issues

Hi All,

We've had a lot of support forms submitted in the past few days. I'm astonished to see how many of the issues are related to registering new accounts or resetting account passwords.

I've run the numbers and over 90% of these issues are due to email addresses hosted by Microsoft. These are email addresses such as @outlook, @live, and @hotmail. Basically these email servers are blocking emails from our website.

If you have any of these addresses and you've submitted support requests, I am resetting your password and emailing you back. It's just taking me a long time to get through all of them. Please be patient and all will be mended.

Thanks,

-Chris (Viking Frog)

I'll have to try and send a support ticket from home. My work network says your website is "Your request was denied because of its content categorization:

      "Suspicious""
      :/
So I'll try and do a support email for account reset from home. *sigh*

@ianquest, thank you for the feedback, this is the exact issue we're running into. I'm working to get this fixed.

Are you aware that your 'froggodgames_at_gmail' address is being consistently flagged as a potential phishing attack? Every time I've received an email in the last year or so, Gmail has said "This message may not have been sent by: froggodgames_at_gmail,com", even though I've marked them as from a safe sender. It may be that Microsoft is being more aggressive at filtering.

I suggest you check out the page at https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/2411000 as it has a number of potential solutions depending on how you're sending the emails.
