WOW!! Okay what happened in the last few hours was a stunner. We've updated our Smash Goals with descriptions. We'll probably end up trying for a bunch of those Smash Goals anyways even if we can't reach them. After all, what is a game without bosses? AND I'd just like to say, a BIG thank you to everyone!!

Are you trying to start a fight in here? Eagerfish are well-known prey of Eagersharks, which is what you might call us when swimming in the ocean. Therefore *WE* are the most eager, end of story!

Thanks Creoterra and Keith - we're even more eager than you to deliver this game! We take eagerness very seriously, it's an eager contest for us all the time, and we feel threatened by anyone more eager than us - but even if we win the eagerness prize, you still win a game created by ultra-eager people - so we all win! Stay eager, but not TOO eager.

There's no doubt in my mind that the brilliantly smart and creative guy behind this game will finish this project. I can't wait for the release of this creative and quirky game. I'm super excited to play it on my iPhone (and so are my kids I might add)!

Of course, it runs on Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad), it's better for tablets but can play on a phone. If we can figure out a way to get a copy to backers free of charge, we will. Otherwise, it will be a less-expensive (around $1 or $2), lighter version that comes out after the desktop release.
When your Kickstarter is successfully funded, will I be able to purchase this game on my iPhone at some point? I think my kids would enjoy it, as well as me!

I'm excited to finally get my hands on this game - I've been following its development for a while now. It looks unique and different, and weird (in a very good way)!

Thanks for the nice comments!! This game is meant to be family-friendly - no gore, nudity, low violence, etc, but also it can be quite a challenge, so toddlers are not expected to be able to figure it out. Ages 14+ is our recommendation, although we have an astute 7 year old able to beat it.

I got hooked on this game pixel art and amazing mechanics from the first "Nectar" trailer. Totally supporting this game !
@Ezra Anderson: Three Drone types so far - with hopefully more to come - and they mostly act the same at the moment due to sharing the same AI code, but they have different speeds, health, attack damages, sight ranges, etc. Each one has a different weakness which makes them unique! We'll be varying them up more as the code develops further.
Since a moment I looked at Don't be Patchman videos that were posted on the Moai dev forum but I didn't really understood the aim of the game. But since I saw this new trailer I really want to play it!
I really like the animation for when Patchman gets killed by a drone.
How many drone types are there, and do the drones all act differently?

Poor Patchman. He has so much to do to save the Sheeple from themselves and the Drones - food to grow, bad messages to intercept, meetings to decipher, to say the least. This game has huge potential. I hope the creator gets the chance to take it to many levels.
