Have you ever tasted something so delicious and amazing that you wanted to share with the world? Does Japanese Beef really have all the hype people swear it does? Is NatesJerky really as good as people say it is?
Yes..Yes..and more Yes!
At NatesJerky we are continuously trying new ideas, new products, new flavors and this time around our R&D has taken on this daring project to bring you this delightful, buttery and tender breed of Akaushi Beef (aka Kobe Red) in its most delicious jerky snack form.
Kobe beef is referred to as a breed of Wagyu(Japanese Cow) that originated from the Kobe region of Japan. Akaushi(Red Cow) is one of the four breeds of cattle that were from this region of Japan. Akaushi is specifically known for its intense marbling and delicious flavor. Our vendors have secured us availability of meat for this project and we need your help to make it a reality!
Of the four Japanese breeds of cattle, Akaushi is the one known in its native Japan as the “Emperor’s Breed.” The faster marbling is a signature trait of Akaushi genetics, which means the cattle place fat inside the muscle not on the outside. That means less waste. The Japanese Association of Akaushi has kept detailed data on every Akaushi for the last nine decades even.

Akaushi Beef's extraordinary health benefits stem from two features:
- Higher concentration of monounsaturated fat relative to saturated fat. The American Heart Association notes this can lead to lower cholesterol, the prevention of coronary heart disease and weight loss.
- Natural source of oleic acid, the compound found in olive oil that the USDA touts as good for the heart. Oleic acid is what gives this beef its unique buttery taste.
We realize that other campaigns have attempted similar in the past and failed. They are not us and if you can help us reach our goal, we can show You and the World what's so special about this Beef, this Brand and our Business!
We believe in ourselves and we hope you do too. Anyone who is willing to back this campaign will receive a free packaged sampler(0.3 oz), either Mild or Spicy, while supplies last. These were made from a test batch at our licensed Commercial Kitchen in San Antonio, TX and will ship out before the campaign ends.

Risks and challenges
There is virtually no risk involved. We currently operate a fully licensed meat processing commercial kitchen. We currently sell various types of Grass-Fed beef jerky to the public.
