Water resistance test report

Hi all,

So glad to tell you guys that we just got the IP test report for Qmote!

You might have already known that Qmote is water-resistant, and we did put the IP code "IPX7" in our Story page after we got the result that Qmote passed the water resistance test. However, it took quite a while for us to receive the test report. And now, Qmote is officially rated IPX7!

A product rated IPX7 should “withstand incidental exposure to water of up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes,” but most suitable scenarios are indoor/outdoor use in the presence of rain, snow or brief splashes of water. (Don't bring Qmote to hot springs...)

Thank you guys for supporting Qmote. Please stay tuned for more updates and we'll keep you posted :)

@Mark Splashes of water is okay. Immersion isn't quite recommended.
