About this project
Mira is changing the conversation in the wearable device category. It’s about time. It's not just about an app. It's not just about a device. It's about an experience.
Let’s get real. Most women just don't have the time to spend hours at the gym, or take a yoga class three times a week. These women put their families, careers and other responsibilities first. They need simple and easy ways to fit in fitness. We also recognize that most trackers don’t speak to a woman’s sense of style.
That's why we designed Mira, a stunning bracelet, detachable tracker and mobile app that gets to know you. Mira delivers personal and relevant suggestions called Boosts to help you stay motivated and focused.
All women can use a little boost to get
through the day.
Let's be honest. Hardcore workouts are not for everyone. Mira understands that just because you aren't running 3 miles a day, doesn't mean you're not concerned with your health and fitness. We believe in celebrating and encouraging every healthy choice and fit moment, no matter how small. That's why we created Boosts - fun, simple and effective suggestions to help busy women make the most of every healthy opportunity.
No more boring black bands. When you look good, you feel good, so we designed Mira to fit right in with your jewelry collection.
Mira's sleek, elegant bracelet works well with your 9-5 chic and casual everyday looks. You can also wear the tracker discreetly clipped to your bra strap or simply tuck it in your pocket. It's all about variety.
The bracelet is available in Brushed Gold and Midnight Purple. You can get it in three sizes: petite, small and medium.
by women, for women.
Mira was conceived, prototyped, and iterated with a panel of women across the U.S. The honesty and engagement these women brought to the project inspired the designers to think differently about activity trackers. These women wanted something simple, easy to use and that fit into their busy lives. They weren't concerned with shaving .08 seconds off their personal run time (if they even ran at all). They wanted something personal, motivating and flexible. They needed a tracker that could quickly adapt to their lifestyle and, in a moment's notice, have a recommendation for a healthy activity they could do in a few minutes of free time. Through these insights and more, Mira was born. We encourage all women to help us better our user-centric product by providing any additional insights and learnings with our team.

Our Mira team thanks you.
The Mira team has been working tirelessly to create something that changes the conversation in wearable tech. It's not about the steps or mileage, but about setting and achieving goals that matter to you. And of course looking and feeling good while doing it! We hope that you'll join us on our journey to shake up the personal fitness tracker market. It's going to be quite a ride!

Risks and challenges
Together with our development and manufacturing teams, we are introducing a combination of technology and hardware that is sure to impress.
Delivery Schedule: We will deliver product on a first come first serve basis. We are making every effort to ensure delivery by January 2015, just in time to start your year off right. We must acknowledge, however, that as with any manufacturing project there could be unforeseen risks to the schedule. Our suggestion - don't procrastinate - order early.
Size Availability: Currently the only size we have available is small. The good news is through our research we've learned that this is by far the most common size. Please check the sizing chart above if you have concerns. If a small doesn't work for you, please visit us at mymirafit.com in January!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
