From the creator of the popular Strength Stack 52 Exercise cards comes:
QUICK SWEAT DICE!
Even experienced fitness buffs fall into exercise ruts sometimes. Workout programs can be a nice change of pace, but they can get boring and stale. Enter Quick Sweat Dice, the versatile and effective super fun fitness dice game!
With this funding, I will be developing a mobile app that will gamify fitness. Using the exercises of Strength Stack 52 and Quick Sweat Dice, the mobile app will allow users to challenge each other to many fitness games.
- It’s a great way to get fit, anytime and anywhere. Increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness while having fun at the same time!
- With this 6 dice set, you have access to 462 unique workout combinations.
- For beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts: You’ll get a fun and challenging workout if you've been going to the gym for 20 years, or just driving by a gym for 20 years.
- Ultra portable: I mean really, your gym towel takes up more space.
- Absolutely zero equipment is needed. I mean zero, no chin up bars, no towels, no stairs, no chairs. All you need is two arms, two legs and a competitive attitude.

1 Player Game:
Roll all the die and do the exercises that appear. You get one point for each rep. Do not rest in between exercises.
Beginners: Try to get to 30 points
Intermediate: Try to get to 100 points
Advanced:Try to get to 150 points
You can also just try to beat your previous best score.
2 or More Player Game:
Roll all the die. Look at the results of the roll and determine if you want to take that roll or pass. If you take the roll, perform the exercises. You get one point for each rep. Do not rest in between exercises.
If you choose to pass to another player, that player must accept the challenge and complete the exercises, if s/he does not complete them, then the remaining points are awarded to the player who rolled the exercise die. For example, if the 6 rep count die is rolled, that gives the player 30 possible points (6 rep count die X 5 exercise die). If that player only performs 20 reps, then 20 points are awarded and 10 points (30 - 20) are given to the player who rolled the die.
The first one to 100 points wins (or any other pre-determined number).
Risks and challenges
Fortunately the risks involved in completing and fulfilling this project are minimal since the prototype is complete. I already have established a close relationship with the vendor. Because the game consists of standard sized dice, the processing and shipping of orders should go smoothly.
For my last project, Strength Stack 52, the rewards were shipped within one week of the project closing. I expect similar results for this project. Since this project is scheduled to close Dec 1, I expect to be able to ship rewards before the holiday season, but please note, this is not a guarantee that this will happen.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
