The Battery Photo Case is just for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus to start.

The case does not come with a strap, unless you pick the Deluxe backer level which includes the Moment leather wrist strap. After the campaign and before we fulfill orders we will enable backers to add any current Moment accessories, including straps.

Yes, with an adapter.

If you already own Moment glass, we have created a small adapter that will permanently press onto the bottom of your existing lenses. This will integrate the new bayonet interface you see in the Kickstarter project into your existing lenses. If you are a Moment customer and back the project, we will provide this adapter for free.

Just please USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS with your Kickstarter order as you did in placing your original Moment order. This makes the process smoother.

We are making a small running change to our Superfish Lens optics to be less sensitive to alignment. The macro and telephoto optics will stay the same for now, but we will include the new lens interface on them going forward.

Unfortunately there is not an option for us to allow backers to buy more than one backer level. Please DO NOT PLEDGE MORE expecting we will know you meant you wanted multiple of the same level. The safest workaround to backing more than one level is to:

1) Sign out of Kickstarter
2) Create a new Kickstarter account with a different email address.
3) Make your second pledge.

Again, we apologize for the complexity but this is the best way to go about this.

Yes, after the campaign, if it is successful. To make selection easy we included one case per backer level, but after the campaign and before we ship, we will allow people to add to their order. You will be able to add any products you see in the campaign or that we well currently sell on the Moment Website.

Keep in mind some case backer levels will be shipping earlier than others so if you add a product to your order that is not yet in stock we will hold your order until that product arrives. We do not have the ability to split orders and ship them separately.

If the Kickstarter campaign is successful, when it is over we will send a survey at which point you can pick which Photo Case, lens type, and color of the accessory product you want.

We have the Wide Lens, Tele Lens, Superfish Lens, and Macro Lens.

The Photo Case is available in Walnut Wood or Black Canvas.

The leather wrist strap is available in all natural, dark brown, or black.

Assuming the campaign is successful we will be heads down, simultaneously taking each product through tooling, early manufacturing, testing, and final production. This process varies depending on the case you backed.

Making hardware is hard, no matter how much experience you are. We feel confident in our ability to deliver on time, but s$%# happens. Regardless, we promise to be transparent about the status of the project. Assuming we stay on time we plan to ship the following backers against the following schedule.

Yes you will definitely be able to track your order. Before your order ships you will receive an email to update your shipping address, pick your package details, and add to your order. Then once shipped we will send you a confirmation email with a link to track your package.

US - we ship via USPS out of our California warehouse. This method generally takes 7-10 business days.

Canada - we ship via Fedex out of our California warehouse. This takes 5-7 business days.

International - we ship directly out of Hong Kong through UPS. This takes 5-7 business days.

Sorry but we can’t enable direct pick up. Our shipping logistics are highly automated, which means we can’t pull individual orders for pick up.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns from Kickstarter projects. We try to offer these rewards at the best price we can which means we aren't in a position to offer returns on a product that took us several months to bring to market. You are welcome to cancel your pledge at any point before we ship for a full refund.

We require international customers to pre-pay for shipping and import fees (if they apply). We hate import fees, but unfortunately they are a requirement and we aren’t one for going around the rules.

Not collecting taxes in advance, therefore making them payable by the customer upon arrive, results in a terrible experience for everyone. Orders get stuck in customs, customers get mad at us, and packages get abandoned. The world has enough anger, it doesn’t need taxes causing any more of it.

If your country is expensive you are welcome to choose one that is cheaper. We look forward to the day when shipping around the world is more economic.
