About
All Star Gaelic Football is a FIFA/PES style Gaelic Football game. Play with your county or a club to come home with an All-Ireland title. All Star Gaelic Football aims to give Gaelic Football the video game it deserves.

All Star Gaelic Football is a Gaelic Football simulation game where you pick from 34 "counties" or any one of over 2000 club teams and compete online and offline in a number of different game types. Play in League or Championship formats, or compete in a full season through all competitions. Take it online to face off against friends or random players in one-off challenge matches or register in League and Championship competitions.
(Below is an example of our work in progress training mode. Remember we a still quite a way away from completion so bear with us!)

Online and offline multiplayer for 2 players - competitive and co-op. Show your friends, and the rest of the world, who the best is!

We have had motion capture sessions with Mattie Donnelly (Tyrone) and Darren Hughes (Monaghan) to make sure we capture the authentic movements of Gaelic Football stars to make the game as accurate as possible. This will make the game feel so much better to play. (All of the animations in the above video were captured by them)

We are providing a comprehensive suite of editing features for players and teams. Want to add yourself into the game, then go ahead. What about your favourite legend of the game? They can be in there too! Want to put your team in there? You can do that too!

The ladies will be present alongside the males. We are all about inclusivity and think the ladies will provide a great addition to the game.

Yes, in All Star Gaelic Football, this will be possible! We will have optional handicaps available to make the game a more level playing field. Both single and multiplayer can be adjusted, there will be incentives for the better team dropping in levels.

This is a big question that we know everyone wants to know what's going on. We are currently having conversations with GAA and LGFA to try to get the players, jerseys and stadiums included in All Star Gaelic Football. Until these conversations are finalised, we cannot say that we will have appropriate licencing in place. We are focused on making the gameplay the best it can be, which should not be affected by whether a licence is attached, but we know the package will be made better with the GAA and LGFA on board.
We are working our hardest to make this a reality but we will need your help! Back this Kickstarter and share to everyone you know. The more people we can get backing this campaign, the more likely we are to be able to get the licencing we would love. Not only would it bring more authenticity, but it would also open up the opportunity for a brand new gameplay experience that is so much in demand, "All Star Team" mode! If you have played Ultimate Team in FIFA or myClub in PES you will know what this may entail. If you haven't played either, you'll need to get backing and sharing to make it happen and see what all the hype is about!

We know that the amount that we are asking for in this campaign is not enough for the full development of All Star Gaelic Football but we have a number of potential partners lined up to help cover the outstanding budget. Kickstarter is essential to this process as it will provide us with definitive evidence as we prove the market to our partners, not least the GAA and LGFA. The more people we attract to this campaign the better our approach can be to the important partners.
We also have scope to increase what we have to offer with great backing from you. We have a number of stretch goals lined up if this campaign takes off. We are huge fans of Gaelic Football and video games so we are the target market for our own game. Only the best will do, but if we can add MORE of the best on top we would be ecstatic!

All Star Gaelic Football is aimed to release in December 2019 on PS4, Xbox One and Steam. Stretch goals will allow us to look at a Nintendo Switch version as well. At this moment in time we aim to release the game across all relevant download platforms. There is no plans for a physical release of All Star Gaelic Football but depending on funding we may look at this avenue. We would love to be able to get a physical game into your hands but it will be download only in the first instance.

We are going to continue to work on the game, what else would we do? We have a number of planned updates to push out to you over the course of the 30 days of the campaign, so look forward to more content. In the meantime, we will continue to contact media to spread the word about the game, if you could as much as you can to spread the word it would be greatly appreciated. Without your help, this game cannot go ahead.
Upon completion of the Kickstarter we will ramp up development to get into the nitty gritty of the game. We will continue to keep everyone informed of the goings on here at Mojopin Studios, so stay tuned for updates. We aim to bring the Beta to those that back that tier, or above, by March 2019 and release on PS4, Xbox One and PC by December 2019.
Do your bit to make this happen and use social media to share as much as you can. (We cannot stress the importance of this enough!)

Risks and challenges
The main risk for this project is that we don't receive enough backing to ensure that our potential partners are confident in the success in the game. This could happen for a number of reasons, but we want to make sure that it is not because we didn't try our hardest. Even if this campaign is a huge success, our partners priorities could change and it just might not be enough. This could reduce the scope for the game, but we will continue to search for the right partner to help bring the game up to the vision we have for it.
Licencing is never a straight forward conversation and so is the reason why we are running unlicenced until we know any different. It will not affect the quality of the gameplay but we know that immersion could be broken if all of the appropriate licencing isn't in place. Rest assured we will continue to work at bringing this in place in time for release. But even if it isn't there for release, we won't stop, there are other opportunities to bring the licencing on board, but bottom line is, the gameplay will not be affected.
