I find this a hilarous game idea, and your introduction video was one of the best I've ever seen on any KS project page. It's a shame it didn't gain more support. Maybe you should prepare to "spam" each and every videogame-related forum and blog about it next time, especially those who are centered around retro gaming. I'll still buy it, should you ever finish the game... :-)
Reevaluate your marketing and re-campaign! This is a genius project.
There are various options that we're exploring at the moment Mickael. Have no fear - the Kickstarter hasn't gone as well as we'd hoped - but GameTron is far from over.
Update us if there are others ways to see this game coming to life. This project suffered from "no visibility at all".
Is this project still going? I have just backed it but I am concerned that all the comments and updates seemed to stop 3 weeks ago. I think the concept is brilliant but I don't know why you haven't continued to push it.

Hi guys, thanks for your fair and honest feedback.
We'd been planning an update for later today which will give a bit more info on how we plan to randomise the games, but we'll shift to making smaller updates after this, making them more regular. Obviously if anyone has specific questions, then fire them across to us (or post them in the comments below) and we'll get them answered.
We'll also be asking for some backer feedback over the coming weeks in regards to the game's design, as we'd like to gauge people's opinions/tastes on certain things.
Also, following people's feedback we've lowered the price of the 'Tester' backer tier. There's clearly an interest in accessing the beta, but a reluctance because of the price (which doesn’t help anyone). Seeing as though we hadn't received any backers at that level, we were able to make an adjustment.
I agree with CSDare. I was very impressed with your introduction, and since then I've been looking forward to some more information, however it's been a little quiet.
I can't tell you the 'best' way to advertise yourselves, but as CSDare said, take examples from other successful projects. And simply nag people! You have 32 days to go - it's a long time for a project yet, but it'll go very fast!
If you guys really want to do this, you need to go big and start slamming on the daily updates. Look at Project Eternity, Star Citizen, Dead State, and Shadowrun Returns for examples of projects that did a really good job of motivating their base of users with content-related updates. The more you show people that you've planned this out, the more you convince people that you're actually able to deliver the goods; the more you show your passion for the idea, the more that translates into people committing a pledge, sharing about it, bringing in other people, etc. Eventually more influential thought leaders take note and spread the word, but you've got to start the ball rolling yourself. Now ejecting from clicheland.
We want to make it too!! :) Big thanks for your pledge - it means a lot. We've got a mountain to climb but there's still a long way to go.
I just found this project and I gotta say - I want you to make it!! The concept sounds like a LOT of fun and I'd probably end up playing for HOURS.

Great to see you guys so enthusiastic about the project. We've had a fun time working on the concept and now we just hope we can make it a reality. One of our biggest objectives was to try and capture the essence of the 16-bit era and it's absolutely something we're committed to.
As for those 'Ninja Rabbits'... that's a real possibility. Perhaps chuck some 'Radioactive Carrots' in there too ;)

LOVED the pitch video! The characters, art style, and music were absolutely charming and I hope it all carries over to the finished product. Not to mention that the idea itself is BRILLIANT! Really hope to see you guys succeed!

We can look into adding more rewards. Definitely possible, and if there's a demand for slightly higher prices = physical rewards then it makes sense to add them. If others feel the same too, let us know and we'll start looking into what we can offer. Thanks for the feedback (and pledge).
Hi guys, just backed 20£ for this amazing project ! But I'd really love to pledge more if there were more physical rewards (boxed game, OST, artbook)... Wil you consider creating new tiers with them ?
Hey Ian, Thanks for your support. The project will be PC led, but we'll be simultaneously working on iOS/Android, and the engine we're using allows us to do that easily. Mac/Linux aren't on the radar yet, but we'll be developing in a way that will be mindful of future expansion. As Sebastian mentioned below... OUYA would be cool too :)
Stellar video. Are you building this for each platform separately or using a tool / library that will allow you to push it to other platforms too? e.g. Mac, Linux.
