@copier - Thank you for the refund of 50 USD.

I'm actually glad we crossed paths. I learned a lot about android dev, FOOS, crowd-sourcing and legal remedies in the process.

I did a bit of organizing and I think you will have a hard road to hoe in the future, in light of the truths my teammates have brought to light about you.. But you've brought these discoveries on yourself.

You should give honesty a taste, it's really, really good. But I know you can't.. I do hope you get diagnosed at some point.

In closing, I'll leave you with a little Billy Bragg:

"Goodbye and good luck to all the promises
      you've broken
Goodbye and good luck to all the rubbish that you've spoken
Your life has lost its dignity, its beauty and its passion
You're an accident waiting to happen"

@Backers - As always, more information about Console OS and it's @copier can be found at:

And remember, you PAID to be PRO!

      Cheers!

Good morning everyone. We again want to share that Kickstarter will resume normal operations in a few hours, and hopefully will process remaining support requests that we need them to finish tackling.

Our first release of Console OS Lollipop clocks in a just under 400 MB for the Advanced Installer, and around 800 MB for the Express version. The file size difference is due to some compression and configuration differences - we are working on making the file size smaller in the future.

We expect it to go live late Monday, but we really do need Kickstarter to address the issues that have plagued us this weekend. As soon as they do, we can ship these builds out - and move forward with Console OS!

One last word... Thank you, at least, for showing me that you feel. For 23 whole minutes, you paused and thought over what I said. That means something to me. It means there is still a person there. My posts trying to get you to your senses obviously left a bitter taste in your mouth. But at least, just recently, I know your heart throbbed and you stopped, and deeply thought over what you felt after reading my post. That's the real you speaking, and it wants you to change. Please listen to it. That choice is always there. Thank you, and goodbye.

I'm truly sorry, then. Goodbye, and good luck with what the future holds. You surely will need it. The choice still and always stands. Thank you, for, at least, getting me excited about running Android on my PCs. You did do at least that.

We don't troll people. We don't post hundreds of duplicate comments. We're excited to ship Lollipop! And we thank our backers for standing with us.

    7. Hifihedgehog (AKA "That Headphones Guy") on February 22, 2016

Please. Will you change? I and other users presented the truth to you so you would recognize, admit, and repeal what you did. Yes, there are users who have been bitter about it, and I do not condone it. But that does not discount the fact of the severity of your misdeeds. I and other users have addressed the truth, and wanted an open answer, so everyone, including yourself, could be free of this, unshackled from deception and animosity once and for all. Will you change? If you do, it would be big thing for me, and I would not mind being your friend and helping you through the process. It is hard, but you can do it. Starting now, going forward, a huge load will be removed from you, and all that baggage you carry will peel away. Will you?

We did choose to issue refunds to these 13 backers. The alternatives would have been more costly and time consuming to ban these backers. We are not going to share our dialogue with Kickstarter in public, but they did change and improve some of their process along the way.

      my predictions are:
1 - the delivery will be postponed due to some 'unforeseen' circumstance or blamed on backers or something/someone else...
2 - if something is delivered, it won't work on most devices and will be incomplete like missing drivers or something
in any case, at the end of the day, the question i would ask myself is 'if by chance something is delivered, given the history and problems this whole project has faced, would i want to install it?' i can't answer for the other backers but i just hope they think long and hard if they are on the fence about it. we were fooled once into thinking we would get something in a timely manner that would work easily and flawlessly on our devices, shame on him. but if i still installed something that comes out of this and it doesn't work, then shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time. good luck to all my fellow backers.

    31. Mobile Media Ventures, Inc. Creator on February 21, 2016

As @arul kindly calculated, nearly 70% of comments on this forum come from @creator. All backers in total (including the unlucky 13) only produced 30% of comments. Data does not lie.

    33. Mobile Media Ventures, Inc. Creator on February 21, 2016

We disagree in that we cannot communicate properly when backers post hundreds of repeat comments, as has happened over this weekend. That is part and parcel of the backers that we chose to purge. We're sorry if you feel differently.

    34. Missing avatar

      Ian R on February 21, 2016

You disagree that it's is your poor decision to scrub the comments clean instead if delivering, or you would rather put your team of engineers in charge of fielding comments than delivery to your backers?

    35. Mobile Media Ventures, Inc. Creator on February 21, 2016

We're sorry you feel that way. We disagree.

    36. Missing avatar

      Ian R on February 21, 2016

Again, I see no correlation between answering posts and delivery of Console OS alpha for llollipop. Your team of coding engineers should not be fielding backer comments. If it is just you, then it is your poor decision to prioritize scrubbing the comments clean instead of delivering for your backers.

    37. Mobile Media Ventures, Inc. Creator on February 21, 2016

@RiceFryer - We have no plans to refund backers beyond what we have done in concert with Kickstarter, to purge 13 trolls that account for half our comment wall.

We hope you enjoy Lollipop as we deliver it tomorrow. We are excited about our new release, thanks.

I find it informative, and judging on past behavior, entirely appropriate

    40. Mobile Media Ventures, Inc. Creator on February 21, 2016

This is the kind of toxic behavior which is why we are purging a small group of backers. We will prevail over it, and we are excited to be shipping Console OS Lollipop, just as soon as Kickstarter acts tomorrow on these trolls.

    45. \_/ Refunded 04.06.16. Hush $$? \=/ on February 21, 2016

All of my questions posted here with intent to get information from the entity I've purchased products from, have gone unanswered. Just canned (some automated?) rude repLIES from the "creator" of this mess.

I want a refund, the "creator" of this project has been proven dishonest time and time again... The response is attempting to silence some of those who are simply trying to get what they paid for - or a refund of their payment. Pretty simple. This situation is also being used as the current excuse for having nothing to show for any of our funds.

It would seem, some people are paid off to go away. Possibly even using my pledge as a fund source to refund other backers! WOW!! Immediately after learning those backers had been issued a refund, I asked for my money back (again).

If you're another backer reading this and you'd like to help prevent this from happening to others, check out this quick guide to properly document this sham of a CONsole job to the Federal Trade Commission:

@Arul you have my permission to use my name, although I see that you already have :-)

It is insulting when I only posted ~10 posts and being called a troll, especially the false statement that the 13 of us took nearly half of the comment wall. By the way, it seems like our fund made this "project" possible so it should be the other way around, that Mr. Price posted on our wall and called us trolls, when taking our money and got our hopes high for almost two years. I urge the fellow backers to raise your voice to be heard. Either FTC or Kickstarters' investigation would easily reveal the scam work done by Mr. Price. I hope that day some soon.

Data does not lie. The comments area is nearly 70% creator comments. This means with the remaining 30% comments is all backers (13 trolls included). Therefore the 13 trolls' comments cannot equal 50% of the posts here as of this day 02/21/2016, 19 months after funding.
