Rodney Hines the No Hand King tells his story from prison to triumph setting the World Record for the longest bike wheelie using no hands.
Funding is for:
1. The upcoming trip back to the Outer Banks: Wildlife Permitting, gas, food, gatorade, lodging, etc.
2. Funds to release the film at the Rialto and in film festivals to get Rodney the attention he deserves.
He sports the American Flags to honor the men and women that lay down their lives so that we as Anericans are free to pursue our dreams. Rodney's dream is to ride a no hand wheelie Al the way across America. To do this, he needs sponsorships, a custom bike and all the support he can get. It is our hope that his own feature length documentary will give him the national attention he needs and deserves to fulfill his dream. He's been riding for ten years for Raleigh everyday and never asked for a thing. Now, he's asking for help so that his dream can come true. Please help out if you can and be a part of history!
Risks and challenges
Rodney is returning to the Outer Banks in early September to conquer a 50 miles wheelie from Nags Head to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. After in attempt early this summer that nearly killed him, Rodney made it 32 miles. He wants the whole thing. The documentary has been filmed, though this will be the triumphant resolution the film needs for completion. The film will be released in the fall of 2015.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
