Our goal at Mileneal is to be a new and emerging brand of watches catering to an exclusive niche - the young and dynamic working class mainly comprised of millennials. Our design is an emphasis of a stylish combination of comfort, quality and versatility. We want to provide a solution to the millennials to own a timepiece that is of good quality, design & style. Saving up for an overpriced luxury watch would take a while, but time waits for nobody. At Mileneal, we believe the time is now.

Our first debut collection is the Classic series. The collection has total of 4 different models with combinations made suitable for the professional setting of an office and even for nights out. All watches in the Classic series are designed to have a standard case diameter of 40 mm. A size that would fit even female wrists.
Classic Rose Gold Black
The Classic Rose Gold Black is our "de facto" flagship model. The black face and rose gold case coupled with black leather straps makes this piece a perfect choice for formal occasions.
Classic Matte Black
The Classic Matte Black is one of the most commented model on our social pages. The whole "jet black" feel of this piece makes this watch a good fit even with casual outfit. Imagine T-shirt, jeans and this timepiece.
Classic Silver White
The Classic Silver White is for those who want something less flamboyant. Its silver case and white face contribute to a clean design, making this watch a good fit for the modern gentlemen.

The Design Process
The watch design focuses on versatility, a reflection of the dynamic nature of millennials. With that, we decided to make the watch a combination of man-made & nature elements. We therefore design the case and dial with the idea of geometry, mimicking man-made apparatus such as protractors & rulers. This can be seen on the multi-layered dial with thin indexes. The lens itself is a mimic of morning dew seen on leaves. The result is a raised double domed glass, complementing the geometric case & dial.
The design process is carefully done, starting with hand sketches to 2D & 3D designs and finally a realistic rendering. All to ensure that we have a good visualization of our intended prototype.
We then worked closely with an experienced manufacturer to get the prototype produced. The individual parts were first prototyped and inspected thoroughly before the actual assembly.
The assembly only began after we were completely satisfied with the individual parts. Even after assembly of the whole watch, we went through several revisions to get the outcome that we were satisfied with.

Risks and challenges
The most common risks with Kickstarter projects are related production & delivery deadlines. If there are any quality issues during the production, this would result in a delay which in turn affects the delivery. As with large quantity production, the possibility of having minor defects is also higher. In order to minimize such unforeseen hiccups, we have worked closely with our manufacturer to ensure the product is ready to be mass produced.
