There are many great cookbooks out there, but Simple Happy Kitchen isn't a cookbook.
This book is a guide to all the wonderful options of a plant-based kitchen. It teaches the benefits of the diet and provides easy tips for implementation.
As part of this guide, we do have a few recipes to show you. These easy-to-make meals are great inspirations as you develop your plant-based kitchen.

We’ll host polls and questionnaires to determine the most interesting topics, then include those themes in the book. By participating, you’ll have a big hand in the book’s formation.

Hi! I'm Miki Mottes, an illustrator and designer. I’ve devoted my design skills and volunteer time to many animal welfare organizations and associations that promote plant-based nutrition. I decided to take it to the next level and do my best to make a big change, in a way that could reach everyone.
After illustrating the successful Kickstarter of Prof. Dan Ariely - “The Irrational Game” (1800% funded!), and after following its process, I know how things work and feel ready to manage this big production.
I base all information in the book on studies and reliable data, and you can easily find the references cited in the book and website. All nutrition information is written and verified by awesome vegan nutritionist BSc Tal Porat who volunteers in Challenge 22+ (Experience veganism for 22 days) as a professional clinical dietitian, as well as other experts.
I would like to thank Ziv Meltzer, Oren Fait, Gal Mamalya and Omer Matityahu for their effort, motivation, and support during the creation of this project. Special thanks to Shirley Charlie Kleinman and Shachar Bechor for being great vegan charm models. A big thank-you-almond-cheese-cake to Neta Dror for consulting and doing the things I'm not good at.

Risks and challenges
While every project comes with risks and challenges, I feel more than confident the book and rewards will make it into your hands.
My goal is to make the highest quality products, so I’m working with a top-quality printing house and manufacturers, using the best quality materials. I received samples from the suppliers, and they look great, so I feel very comfortable with starting mass production of the rewards as soon as the campaign ends.
The wonderful team behind Simple Happy Kitchen is highly experienced with designing, printing, manufacturing and fulfilling shipments worldwide.
Of course, there can always be unexpected delays with bulk orders once the Kickstarter is complete, but I promise to do my best in communicating any delays or issues. I want to ensure I meet your expectations.
