Inspired by traditional yoga wear, we have created the perfect garment to keep you looking and feeling effortlessly graceful yet still comfortable. Silky 2.0 is the result of months of researching and experimenting with dozens of materials and techniques in order to reach the perfect blend of features and capabilities.
We developed Silky 2.0 specially for yoga enthusiasts who value the ancient yoga wear disciplines: made with natural fibers, loosen cut and light colours. Silky 2.0 is made of the softest and smoothest natural fibers we can find on Earth, ORGANIC SILK, which allows energy to flow smoothly without blockage, especially during yoga positions.
100% organic silk
Yoga is an activity that centralizes breathing. Yogis breathe with their nose, mouth, and skin, so a fabric that allows breathing through the skin is best suited for yoga. Made of 100% organic silk, Silky 2.0 is also super breathable, fast-drying, hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and antifungal. With Silky 2.0, not only can you have yoga wear made of natural fibers that support all types of workouts, Silky 2.0 is also created with no chemicals used.
You know the clothes that claim to be made of silk that can be bought for 20-30 pounds? The cost of production of real organic silk makes it very difficult to keep the final product's price low. Only fake silk or fabric mixed with silk and other materials could cost lower than 40 pounds, not including all the taxes, retailing, human resources, etc. On the other hand, haute couture is more likely to be made with the best fabrics. But the downside is that you have to pay for the brand name and the luxurious mark up, not just for the product.
Odorless – safe for skin
Silk thread is made from the cocoon, a composite fibroin coated with an adhesive sericin protein. As silk cocoons protect the silkworm from biotic and abiotic hazards during the immobile pupal phase of the life cycle of silkworms, it contains natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties from 18 amino acids (*) and proteins.
Suitable for Yoga moves
- We have sewn line cuts in crotch and inner thigh in order to leave room for your legs to move from one yoga pose to another with ease.
- The ankles feature drawstrings to prevent them from sliding down in many exercises that require you to hold your legs up in the air.
- An extended cut in the shoulder and under the armpit promotes a free range of motion. There are two additional invisible slimming seams to flatter your feminine silhouette.
- Our design features a princess drawstring waistband to fit all body types. Since Silky 2.0 has multi-layer construction, you never have to worry about your white yoga pants being see-through. This charming pair of yoga pants is flattering and easy to wear and pair well with tight and loose tops.
- Smooth stitching prevents chafing and irritation.
Stretchability
Thanks to our unique threading techniques, the organic silk fabric exhibits viscoelastic behaviour, much like our skin and muscles, so you can be confident Silky 2.0 will always promote a free range of motion.
Natural colorants
Our product is only dyed with natural dyes, which not only works as colorants, but they also help to maximize the effect of silk on skin, anti-oxidize, anti UV, and GREEN THE DYEING PROCESS. The process contains no chemicals since we decided to use natural dyes, creating zero waste. Each one of our Silky 2.0’s are beautifully handmade (sewing, embroidering, dyeing).
- Avocado pits produce a lovely earthy pink shade. For our shirts, there are an average of 12 pits used. Not only is it a great antioxidant, it is also free from carcinogenic components. The colourant joins forces with natural cellular albumen in the silk to help speed up the metabolism of skin cells, reducing signs of aging and keeping natural moisture from your skin and body hair.
- Green tea leaves bring up a medium of golden colours, they are used in our waistbands and drawstrings. Organic silk usually demonstrates good UV-protection levels. Undyed Green tea leaves, with its high UV absorbing property, is able to reflect effectively solar radiation, leveling up the UV-protection of Silky 2.0 to provide excellent protection.
Silky 2.0 is designed in Paris by artist Truong Tan Tan, and hand-tailored and embroidered by La Hang Ao Dai Art house team. Our artists are very talented and passionate about their craft. We envisioned and designed Silky, and with their help, they have brought our vision to life.

Risques et défis
Since we dyed the fabric directly in the source of color, it can lead to variation in colors. It is unique but it also can be slightly lighter or darker than your expectation. Moreover, we also understand that any circumstance may take place and make the production take longer than it should be. For example, as our colors are all natural sources, we may not be in control with the quantity at times, so that may effect the delivery.
