Set a Watch is a 60 minute, cooperative adventure puzzle game for 1-4 players.
In Set a Watch, you must secure nine locations to prevent the acolytes from breaking the seals holding back the evil Unhallowed. Each round your party will visit a new location and choose an adventurer to rest and take strategic camp actions. The rest of the party will assume watch and confront a line of creatures attempting to breach your camp. Using your dice to do battle and activate unique class abilities, your team will need to approach each round’s combat puzzle with both cunning and resolve. In an epic campaign to stay alive, defeat the arisen Unhallowed, and keep the campfire burning, you must use your wits and skill to fight for the light… or all will perish to darkness.

Set a Watch is played over a series of 9 rounds. Each round you reveal and visit a new location and solve that round's combat puzzle:
After rolling dice, your party will decide who will rest in camp. That player will recover one of their ability cards, and place their dice on camp actions to assist the party members on watch and keep the campfire burning:
The remaining 3 adventurers will face the location's creature line. Creatures are revealed based on the campfire level. Players can use dice of any value to activate their abilities:
or they can combine and use their dice values as a direct attacks to destroy creatures in range:
Any monsters that cannot be defeated will deal damage to the party and accumulate in the Horde to be faced in the final round. When all monsters are defeated or the adventurers’ actions are expended, your party moves to the next location.
Set a Watch includes a wealth of content and has been designed with a ton of replayability in mind. We always like to offer more to our Kickstarter backers and have a lot of cool stretch goals planned for both the retail and deluxe version of the game. Every backer is important to us, regardless of location, but the reality is that shipping can be very expensive and is a cost we all need to share. We always work to minimize the cost of shipping as much as possible and will provide a shipping discount to ALL backers regardless of region.
We will charge your shipping after the campaign ends through our pledge manager based on the chart above. Shipping is the same for the Deluxe or Retail version.
To keep shipping costs affordable and simple, all rewards for this project will be shipped using customs-friendly shipping. As a result, you should not get hit with customs, brokerage, or import fees. If you do, we will refund you!

Risks and challenges
We are fortunate to have gone through the Kickstarter several times before and have consistently delivered our games to our backers before our estimated delivery date. We attribute a lot of this speed to getting all of the core artwork completed upfront and have done the same with this project. We pride ourselves on communicating with our backers and impressing them by meeting deadlines and delivering an excellent product. Please feel free to check out our other Kickstarter projects for samples of our transparency, comments, and process.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
We plan on using the same manufacturers and fulfillment pipeline that we have used in the past to minimize complications and ensure a high quality product.
Draft rules are available now under the Gameplay section. Please provide any feedback on them so that we can finalize the text and the rulebook shortly after the campaign.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By pledging to this project, you acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the rewards (and the project) are subject to change and may differ from what is presented while the Kickstarter project was active.
You are responsible for confirming your pledge, address and other information required to ship your product to you in a timely manner. If you do not log in and confirm your pledge within 8 weeks of our notification via email to confirm your pledge, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. However, we may, at our discretion, refund or ship your pledge if you contact us and confirm your pledge after the 8 week window has elapsed.
