Survivor Spotlight: The Fireman

I'm blown away that you all somehow managed to get us to the top of Kicktraq's Hot list; truly awesome stuff. We're approaching our next set of Stretch Goals and as a teaser, I am happy to confirm that a new Apocalypse is on the horizon and will be revealed in that set.

Survivor Spotlight: The Fireman

The Fireman is the tank of the group. He has the highest starting health and has terrible stealth. Luckily he deals a ton of short range damage once he equips his trusty axe. The biggest threat for the fireman is usually starvation. After all, such a burly guy has a large appetite.

As the tank, the Fireman often wants to draw a bunch of monsters to him so that he absorbs the damage or potentially sets them up for a massive combo. One such combo is using the flare to draw all the monsters to you and then stunning them all so they don’t deal damage until your next turn. Big plays like this are crucial in getting your group out of tough situations.

@chrisonfire: all stun effects are based on your turn so they're not necessary. You can always tap the monster cards too.

After reading the rules and your strategy on stunning the monsters, I noticed that there are no stun tokens in the game. I was wondering if such tokens would be needed to keep track of stunned monsters?

Yes, very good and the updates about the survivors are like a little strategy tutorial, really helping to understand the role of the character.

Thanks for the update! Great to read about the gameplay concept behind the survivors.
