Thanks for your patience everyone. I have finally gotten news and status about Fulfillment and where we are from all regional distribution centers:
USA/CA: Ship Naked is lined up to resume shipping on Monday when our warehouse begins shipping after the New Year maintenance. They are currently about halfway through so we expect to have everything out the door in another 1-2 weeks.
EU: Shipping is beginning today and should be in full swing next week!
AU: Our depot is due back from their holiday break on Monday and we'll be pressing for a confirmed start date.
Asia: Order info was sent before the holiday break. They realized they were short on Kaiju Rising expansions which we send from our US stock. We've sent an inquiry on their current status. Expected to be commencing next week.
Issues with you shipments
If you have an immediate issues with your shipment (i.e. you're missing Kaiju Rising or Jurassic Perils or the wrong address was in Pledge Manager). You should contact Ship Naked's help desk at https://www.shipnaked.com/help/. They are fulfilling and have all of the products currently so if they missed something or if something was damaged during shipment, they should be your first line of communication. I currently do not have replacement parts for any of the new expansions (Gothic Horrors, Jurassic Perils). I have limited supplies for Kaiju parts, but plenty of spare parts for the core game. If you need spare parts for your core game, please feel free to contact me on Kickstarter (or use our contact form here: https://rockmanorgames.com/contact/). If you are missing parts for the new expansions, please wait a few weeks before contacting me since I will not be able to assist you until the spare parts from this game reach our office. You are getting these games before us! We should receive our production copies and convention stock shortly after the Kickstarter fulfillment completes in 2-3 weeks.
