So, what is Cable.Gone
"Running cables through Cable.Gone is an easy way to consolidate cables, save desk space, and reduce visual clutter." - CNET News
"Minimalist Cord Organizer" - Trend Hunter
Cable.Gone is a gizmo for managing and running cords from laptop to the edge of the desk (or cable hole). It hides the usual clutter and instantly turns your desk into a stylish working space. What’s more Cable.Gone with it’s tilted shape and rubber surface makes a perfect platform for iPad or a laptop. It raises the device so you have a better viewing and typing angle.
What sets Cable.Gone apart from other cable managing solutions, is the elegance of it. There is no assembly, no fastening, you just place Cable.Gone on your desk and run cables through. Cable.Gone has an opening in the middle so there are even more possibilities for managing cables.
If you use Cable.Gone as a stand, you can hide the common necessary cables right beneath the device, so they won’t occupy space on your desk.
There are million ways you can refine your work desk environment using Cable.Gone. From running the usual set of cables (like power cord and speaker cable) to using it as an iPad stand. We’ve devised several suggestions of how Cable.Gone can improve your desk
Simplicity is the key to complex solutions. We didn’t want Cable.Gone to be complicated, we wanted it to be simple so you can create brilliant setups for your desk. When designing Cable.Gone, we’ve counted on people’s own creativity and imagination to find the configuration that best suits them.
Since Cable.Gone’s main function is to simplify the work desk, we were obsessed with the shape to be as minimal and crisp looking as possible. However, it still needed to be able to fit larger jacks. The solution is a sleek hexagonal shape, tilted to one side. It creates a platform for iPad and other devices and with it’s small size it can still fit several cables, power cords and a video cable reduction and make them all disappear from your desk.
We’ve created Cable.Gone because we believe that it is the ultimate cable-managing solution. With it’s no assembly required and simple installation you are able to add stylish clean look to your desk in seconds. We believe that smartly organized desk is the basis for creative ideas in life and work.
To put Cable.Gone into production and onto the market we need your support. A lot of people would enjoy the possibility to create a neat looking work environment around their computers. We’d love to see Cable.Gone as a product that rose up with the support of creative people and we’d like to recognize your support.
