The dark case - £59
- In production, the velcro backed central strap will hold your laptop securely in place. Also, high density strips of foam attached to the inside of the case will add further stability by sandwiching the laptop securely but gently in the case. Even the thinnest laptops will be safe inside the case.
We have patented a way to fix the laptops into ViVAX, I could not put images and demonstrations for the safety of our patent.

The computer case is made up of two fundamental parts: a waterproof external shell and a shockproof techno-polymer interior.
The shell is of military origin; these cases are used by armies all over the world for the transport of sensitive material and equipment in all kinds of climatic conditions.
The molecular structure of the external polymer utilized (polypropylene, similar to that used in crash helmets) is very strong, and has passed strenuous force tests under a variety of conditions. The design of the reinforcements make his shell crushproof, waterproof, shockproof and mudproof.
The interior is lined with a shockproof techno-polymer, Poron XRD which absorbs more than 90% of kinetic energy, guaranteeing the most complete protection against impact and any type of shock and providing performance never before attained.
Finally, the external seal in Neoseal rubber, conforming to the strictest NATO standards (Ingress Protection 67) and previously utilized only in high performance tires, guarantees that the case is absolutely waterproof and unsinkable.
The design of this computer case is based on perfect equilibrium between maximum impact protection and the harmony of its proportions. To this end the surfaces have been sculptured thanks to the synergy between engineers and designers. This collaboration has produced an original and exclusive design, and a unique fusion of technology and elegance, an essential requisite.

Like all PORON microcellular products, PORON XRD™ technology is open cell, breathable and is easily customized and incorporated in a variety of designs. The XRD protection difference is especially apparent at high speed impact. The soft contouring material instantly dissipates force upon impact – absorbing up to 90% of energy at high speed impact.

Maintains all the standard PORON cushioning properties that you’ve come to rely on: open cell-breathable technology, excellent compression-set resistance, antifungal and does not contain latex, PVCs VOC, or heavy metals.

Poron XRD material gets its softness when at rest while above the “glass transition temperature” (Tg) of the urethane molecules. When stressed at a high rate or impacted quickly, the Tg of the material reaches the point when the urethane momentarily "freezes" - like water freezing into ice. When this happens, the material firms to form a comfortable protective shell that shields the body from impact better than other protective foams currently available. On the measure that matters most – absorbing more impact energy at higher speeds – we kill the competition. Need we say more?
Risks and challenges
One of the biggest challenges we will face will be manufacturing a strong, high-quality steel mold to be used in the production of the cases. Creating a mold is very complicated, and has two steps: the first is to create a graphite model of the shell of the case. The creation of this model is very time intensive. However, to overcome this obstacle, we have partnered up with a sophisticated, professional producer of this type of product. The second is to use a method of Electrical discharge machining, EDM, that uses sparks of electricity to form a precise steel mold from the graphite model. This will ensure that we have a high-quality, precise, durable and functional centerpiece to our production process.
