Kronocalypse is a time-travel mash-up setting with a plot-point campaign for the Savage Worlds rules system. It takes place on the world of Kron, a planet that is similar to Earth, but different in many key ways, like that magic is real, and that humans and dinosaurs lived side-by-side. For players it includes new races, edges, hindrances, and everything else you need to create a hero from one of four eras described below.
For the GM it offers foes, savage tales, and a complete plot-point campaign that begins when a temporal meteor strikes the four eras at once, and ends in a battle across time against an evil that time forgot.
In Kronocalypse, heroes come from one of four ages, and get a chance to explore them all.
Humans only recently mastered language and fire. They eke out a meager existence hunting dinosaurs or woolly mammoths. The saurians, humanoid dinosaurs, have developed basic metal working and discovered how to channel arcane energy to cast powerful spells. The two species frequently clash, and a cabal of saurian spellcasters seeks to exterminate the human threat forever.
Humans, elves, and dwarves live side-by-side in an age of knights and wizards. The kingdom of Lomia has made peace with its neighbors, but it's far from safe. Orcs from the hills raid human settlements. Deadly spirits haunt the dark places. Worst of all, the dragons have grown restless and fly from their island home to destroy and dominate civilized lands.
The sun never sets on the Lomian Empire. With its fleet of airships, it has colonized continents far and wide, bringing the gifts of civilization to the "barbaric cat people" and the "backwards treefolk." Of course nobody from Lomia asked if the natives wanted those "gifts." The other colonial powers of Palon and Druska scheme to break Lomia's grip on the skies.
National governments are a thing of the past. Corporations are the real powers in the world. When global sea levels rose, those with sufficient credit moved to higher ground. Those who couldn't. . . let's hope they can tread water. Humans have merged with machines, enhancing their bodies and minds, while replicant slaves toil away for their human masters.
There are many ways to contribute to Kronocalypse, and not just with funds. The entire books will be available in draft form for backers to playtest and to make suggestions and comments. Here's an interview we did with Krazy Ivan from Krazy Ivan's RPG Emporium.
Shipping is included with all US orders. For orders outside the US, please add additional shipping as described on the handy chart below. Simply total your extra shipping cost and increase your pledge by the corresponding amount.
Please note that the first item cost is per shipment. The prelude print adventure collection and prelude poker deck will be available to ship early, but doing so increases the shipping cost (as you must pay the first shipment price twice). You can also wait and get everything at once to reduce shipping costs.
You live in Toronto, Canada, pledge at the Exclusive Swag level and get no other add-ons. You can either increase your pledge by $20 to receive them all at the same time ($10 for the main book +$5 for the exclusive preview adventures +$5 for the exclusive cards), or you can increase your pledged by $25 to receive them in two shipments ($10 for the exclusive book +$5 for the cards in the first shipment and $10 for the main book in the second shipment.)

You can take a look at our creator page to see what we've already backed thanks to Kicking it Forward.

Risks and challenges
There are many steps in creating an RPG book, including writing, editing, art, layout, production, and shipping. A delay in any of these could have a ripple effect that pushes back our expected shipping date.
That being said, every time we create a book we learn a little bit more about the schedule. Our first two campaigns delivered a few months late, while our third campaign is on schedule to deliver .pdfs on time, but might be a little late with print books.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
