Another quick update on how the print copies are going. I got the new proof copies back last week, and they looked good, so now the book is off to the printers. We're using RPGNow/DriveThruRPG's print on demand service, so it should only take a couple weeks. You should be getting the books before the year is out.
Sorry again for the long delay. I just got married last weekend and everything else in my life got put on hold for the few weeks before the wedding.
One such thing was debugging the proof copies of Alternate Objectives. It turns out that I found one more glitch that has to do with the way the printer does it's pages that led to the books having a few extra black pages at the back of the book. It wasn't a huge deal, but once i had time in my life again it was also something easy to fix. Now I'm back to waiting for the new proofs, and once I get those we'll be ready to go.
Thanks a ton for you patience. I hope the final product is worth the wait.
I hope that you've gotten a chance to get your copy of Alternate Objectives.
I just want to let you know that I've launched another Kickstarter Campaign, this one for a superhero book called Future Bleak.
Future Bleak is a setting and genre book produced under the Super-Powered by M&M license. Inspired by superhero fiction like Batman Beyond and Marvel's 2099 setting, Future Bleak describes a world deprived of heroes and ruled by greed. Into this world the PCs emerge to rekindle a new age of heroism.
The book book will include a discussion of the genre, tools for GMs to updated their home settings into the future, a sample setting (Alpha City), super heroes, villains, and a sample adventures designed for launching a Future Bleak campaign.
Please give Future Bleak. I'd love your support, and if you can't at this time you can help spread the word.
