After accounting for expenses ranging from soloist recordings to manufacturing physical CDs for Johto Legends, the budget breakdown for our $30,000 goal looks something like this:
Once Johto Legends has been completely finalized, our backers will be the first to know! Links to download digital rewards will be distributed alongside our global launch on iTunes, Bandcamp, Spotify, and various other music outlets*! For non-backers, physical albums will likely go on pre-sale prior to digital launch, with the goal being to ship out the same time as digital launch. If physical album manufacturing is delayed, digital launch will remain on schedule. Those who pre-order a physical album will receive a digital download at no additional cost.

Risks and challenges
This isn't our first crowdunding project, and like many of you, we don't like project delays that stretch on for years. As with previous projects, we are entirely committed to our promised deadlines, and we know we can hit them.
The toughest challenge in realizing this album will be assembling and mixing recordings from our soloists into our 'virtual' orchestra to reproduce a live orchestral performance. To ensure the final product is convincing, we have hired a professional audio engineer to 'place' the players in the same sonic space as our virtual orchestra and master the tracks to the highest quality attainable.
While we understand delays are common in the Kickstarter business, we are fully committed to our production schedule and promise to deliver an unforgettable musical experience! The only delays we might anticipate would likely occur during the post-production or manufacturing stages, which can sometimes involve scheduling conflicts between the creators and other involved parties. With clear communication and good planning in advance, there shouldn't be any unforeseen delays.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
