Essen and fulfillment!
Tour Operator had a great reception at Essen. We had one pallet shipped in advance, and after some of you picked up their copy and sales to consumers at Essen, we didn't even have enough left to supply to pre-orders from stores and distributors who were present at the fair.
Nestor flew in from Moskou to explain the game to visitors and to sign, and he was very proud to have his first game published!
Tomorrow (Thursday), all other copies will arrive in Rotterdam. Since we have 22 pallets of new games in total, we don't fulfill the EU anymore from a personal garage. We use the services of local business Rocks Games. If the games arrive in the morning, we should be able to start with the fulfillment tomorrow afternoon. If they arrive in the afternoon, it will probably be Tuesday. And if your order contains Mexica, you would need to wait until next week anyway because we only have French editions at this point, but our Dutch/German editions should come in next week.
We will ship out all games bound for the US/Canada next week when Mexica comes in, so please expect 4 weeks shipping time, and a few days for QML to fulfill your games from within the US.
We can't say much about our games for next year yet, but I expect to finish fulfillment for Kickstarter projects next year way before Essen! :)
Because of our fast growth, I am currently hiring someone for handling all e-mails you send us, so when that is done you can also expect a much faster reply to any e-mails than right now.
Also, Rahdo just made a run through in which he very clearly explains the game! He only misinterpreted one rule. Tourists leave immediately when they are angry, not when they run of the scale. Check it out here!
We hope you enjoy Tour Operator!
