For throwback Thursday, my pal Jane Pickett  from Nature Show dropped this outtake from an interview about some of the origins of “Object of Her Affection”.

On Sunday, our previous stage manager Lupe Lucero (and Sebastian!) and I loaded into Automata. Since then, I've been working with director Michele Spears, along with sound designer Becca Kessin, lighting designer, Andrew Schmedake... And today we met our new stage manager, Kajal. We're excited about the opening next Thursday, September 27th... And all of this was made more possible because of your support.

The campaign runs just one more day until Friday, September 21 at 3:00PM PST.  And if you are just seeing this after Friday and want to support the project, you can always make tax-deductible contributions through Fractured Atlas. You can find out more about Fractured Atlas on their blog, where I was recently profiled.

There are 12 performances as part of LAX Festival. You can get tickets through the festival's producer, Los Angeles Performance Practice and join our event invite on FB.
