Frequently Asked Questions
Yes they are! All 4 fabric designs are available in shirt and skirt!Last updated:
Inclusive sizing is really important to us! The button-up shirts will be available in sizes S-4XL, and the skirts in US sizes 2-20.
We know buying clothes online can be difficult, so our Kickstarter page includes a full sizing chart with size equivalents and the measurements of the clothes. All you’ll need to do to check your size is measure a similar garment that you already own and feel comfortable in.Last updated:
The short answer is that the best way to know is to measure yourself and check against the sizing chart! If you need other measurements from the shirts to make a decision (such as the waist measurement, or sleeve length), please get in touch with us.
The longer answer is that our shirts are designed as “men’s cuts”. This means that they have a straight cut, and aren’t shaped to accommodate hips and boobs. Men’s sizes are also generally larger than women’s, so a men’s S is likely to be the equivalent of a women’s M/L.
If you have a smaller bust or hip measurement, the shirts are likely to be closer to your body’s proportions and you may be able to find a good fit.
If you have a larger bust or hip measurement, you may need to size up in order to accommodate that. If you don’t mind wearing a shirt that’s quite loose around the waist this might not be an issue, but just be aware that the proportions will be different to what you’re used to in a women’s cut shirt.
Again, the best way to tell if our shirts will work for your body is by measuring yourself and comparing against our size chart. If you’re not sure how to do that, or have questions for us, please feel free to message!Last updated:
These clothes are premium items, and by that we mean we’ve done our best to ensure that every step of the process is the best quality possible. We are:
100% cotton (rather than a poly blend)
Custom, digitally printed fabric (most brands use existing fabric rather than creating their own)
GOTS certified - our manufacturing process is ethical, non-exploitative, and sustainable
Ensuring at least 70% of our material is organic.
Additionally, as we are a new company making a very niche product, our small print run means we can’t bring down the cost due to scale.
With all of these things though, we think the extra price tag is worth it!Last updated:
If you purchased a pin directly from us during our WIRES Bushfire Relief drive (either at a convention or through our website), we would have asked you for your email address at the time. If this is the same email you provide Kickstarter, you will automatically be credited your discount in our pledge manager after the campaign.
If you use a different email on Kickstarter or you don’t automatically see your discount, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out!Last updated:

If you are signed up for the mailing list with a different email address than the one you provide Kickstarter, please be sure to let us know either via Kickstarter or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure it’s sorted out!Last updated:

We’ve had a lot of interest from fans in other kinds of garments and accessories, such as women’s cut shirts, long sleeve shirts, ties, and even socks! For this campaign we will only be making the shirts and skirts, because the reality of clothing production is that every different item drastically increases the amount of money we need to raise during the Kickstarter.
Our goal for this campaign is to build an audience and make our gorgeous clothes a reality. If we’re successful (fingers crossed), we’ll definitely be looking at expanding our range into different garments and accessories, as well as adding more original fabric designs. We just don’t want to get ahead of ourselves!Last updated:
