About this project
THANK YOU so much to everyone who has supported this project! I can't wait to start shipping posters out.
If you missed this kickstarter and would like links to where the posters will be available, any future projects or just where to find me online, please visit MarkGonyea.com.
One to One Hundred started out as an experiment in graphic design, it became something much more to me. The idea was simple, to combine graphic design and numbers to create something unique. It was a LOT of counting (so much counting!), but a lot of fun too! Many of these designs are not anything I would have come up with if not for this project and it has really expanded my understanding of graphic design.
My funding goal is $3000. This will go directly to producing and mailing the posters.
Poster size will be 18x24 inches.
I'm looking at using 100 lb. matte paper. Ultimately, it will be determined by the amount raised and I'll get the best quality paper I reasonably can.
@$6000. If I can raise six thousand for this project EVERY backer receiving posters will get an additional poster of One to One Hundred Dots.
@$9000. If I can raise nine thousand for this project EVERY backer receiving posters will get the One to One Hundred Dots poster AND the One to One Hundred Pixels poster. That's TWO extra posters.
@$10,000. If I can raise ten thousand for this project EVERY backer receiving posters will get the Dots poster, the Pixels poster AND a full color version of the original One to One Hundred (where every ten spaces is a different color). That's THREE extra posters.
Thank you so much for taking a look at my project. I hope you like it and I hope you consider backing it.
Risks and challenges
I've researched a few options for printing so if one falters I can switch gears on that and tubes I can order at anytime.
The only potential risk I see is the physical shipping. That will just be the most time consuming part for a one man operation but even that will be manageable. If I need to recruit a few friends to write labels I'll do that.
Other than that though, it's pretty straight forward. I specifically kept the rewards like items so they can all go into one tube for shipping which should save time also.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
