Frequently Asked Questions
You can select as many as you like - just increase your pledge as appropriate. For example, if you're at the Dungeon Master reward ($100) and want a second one, just pledge a total of $200 - you can tell us that this is what you want at the end.
If you're at an Early Bird level, then any additional reward levels of the same type will be at the same cost, so if your first one is costing you $95, then the second one will cost the same price!
If appropriate, shipping is to be paid separately for each reward level, as each one needs to be sent as a separate package due to Royal Mail size restrictions. For example, if you want two copies of the Dungeon Master reward and you live in New Zealand, you would have to pay the shipping twice.Last updated:
Of course, the more people that pledge during the campaign, the more we will be able to create, but unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes and you can't afford everything at once.
Not to worry - you will have the chance to add more in the survey following the Kickstarter - can you add more items or even change your reward level. Just back at what you can afford for now.
We'll keep the survey open for a few months to give you a chance to work out exactly what you want.Last updated:
Simply message us through Kickstarter using the link at the top of the page, and we'll put you in touch with our trade team who can run through what's available and how to pledge!Last updated:
The miniatures are the industry standard 28-30mm scale (distance from base to eye level for a human figure), and are therefore compatible with the vast majority of other miniatures on the market.Last updated:
The Dungeon Saga miniatures are made in multiple pieces, but provided fully assembled (unless stated otherwise), and made from highly detailed coloured plastic. The material is a type of PVC commonly used in board games such as Fantasy Flight Games’ Gears of War and our very own Loka. This allows us to have a high level of detail whilst keeping the dynamic poses required for such a fast-paced game, and of course making them very affordable as you would expect from Mantic.
Note that this material is not the harder PVC commonly known as “restic”, and is not sprued hard plastic.
The Kings of War Figure Packs may be a mixture of Premium Plastic - also known as "Restic" or "Resin Plastic" - or Hard Plastic, which is supplied on a sprue like a Games Workshop or Airfix model kit.Last updated:
All of the Kickstarter rewards will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Nottingham, UK, so our EU backers will not have to pay import taxes.Last updated:
Unless you select courier shipping, all pledges will be dispatched using Royal Mail, with no tracking number.
If you select courier shipping, your package will be sent via UPS or Fedex, and will be tracked.Last updated:
The customs form on your package will be marked with the value of the contents exactly as listed on Kickstarter, with no exceptions. For example, if you have pledged at the Dungeon Master level ($100) and selected no add-ons, your package will be marked with a value of $100. If you had also selected add-ons to the value of $50 over and above your pledge level, the package would be marked with a value of $150.
The cost of shipping will not be included in the value marked on the customs form. The package will also be marked as a gift.
Please check with your local customs office for any charges that may apply to your shipment as you will be responsible for these.Last updated:
Here at Mantic we don't want to release figures through Kickstarter that will then penalise customers who miss out on the campaign. However, we do want to keep our Kickstarter exclusives a little bit special. Therefore, although our exclusive releases will never be sold at retail, they will be available later via the Mantic Points Scheme on our website, or offered as promotional figures at conventions that we attend.Last updated:
