EPIC EXPERIENCE STRETCH GOAL
7 EPIC costumes AND 7 EPIC movie posters!
Since you hit our goal so fast, we have a new stretch goal with our friends at The For the Win Project: $30,000 and a surprise for the kiddos before they leave Comic Con!
How is this possible?! This isn't just any movie poster, so here's our plan: these kiddos will receive their Magic Wheelchair costumes and have a professional photo shoot on Saturday... THEN while they are cosplaying at SDCC, 7 artists from the movie industry will work through the night to create movie magic in time for a surprise For The Win Project poster reveal on Sunday!
This is all thanks to you, our Kickstarter backers!
Keep sharing, keep pledging, keep making history!

What is a Magic Wheelchair?
A Magic Wheelchair costume is a catalyst for ultimate inclusion. We do this by transforming their wheelchairs into awesomeness created by our hands and their imaginations.
Risks and challenges
Building these costumes always comes as a challenge both in design and engineering. One of the things that comes standard with each build is that we never make any physical changes to the kiddos wheelchairs and all mounting designs for each costume has to be customized to attach to each specific wheelchair. Luckily we have some of the best in the business of arts and creative engineering on board.
What makes this more of a challenge is that most of our builders on this project are building for kiddos all over the country! We will be having a wheelchair mounting party the evening before the reveal to work out any kinks in the design and ensure a safe, secure epic cosplay experience!
Each kiddo we build for has their own unique needs and abilities, so prior to designing costumes, our volunteer builders talk with each kiddo to make sure their ideas and capabilities are incorporate into the costume. The goal is to give them the ultimate level of inclusion.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
