The epic journey continues as 12 Realms return with an expansion entitled Ghost Town! A new Realm is now challenging the Heroes of the Fairy world and you must be ready to face the dark forces lie hidden in it. In this realm there is no Town because the Dark Lords cursed it from this world and one of the Heroes is trapped in there.
Your object is to find the three missing items of the Marshall. You must complete this task before the Invasion Marker reaches number 16. When you find all the items the Town will appear once again and then you will be able to travel to that Realm and help the trapped Hero to defeat all the Invaders.
You must be very careful! The Ghost Town invaders have different abilities. As long as the Town is not visible you have to fight the ghost side of the Invaders!

All players (except the trapped hero) must work together to find the missing items (cards). Before the game begins you add these cards in the Town deck and you shuffle it. When all the items are found, one of the players must travel to the Ghost Town and then the town appears again. At that moment the trapped hero must leave immediately from this realm!
Until you find the Marshall's Items, the trapped hero must face the ghost invaders. The way you play will determine the course of the game. Each time an invasion marker moves forward in one of the realms, a new ghost invader joins the Ghost Town. Here is the tricky part. Each such token, has two sides. The front side depicts a normal invader, but the other side depicts the ghost image of that invader. When you defeat an invader, he does not die but you have to flip the token and fight its ghost side. Only then you can destroy that invader.
How you place the Ghost Invaders: Roll both dice, the Area and the Talent one. The Area die indicates the Area you can place that invader and the Talent die indicates which invader you will place in this realm. If for example you roll a Swiftness talent, then you choose an invader that has a Swiftness talent on its token.
The reward: Before the game begins you take six different red talent tokens and you place one in each Area (except the Town). When you defeat the invaders of an Area, you take that talent. You will need these talents because as long as the town is not visible, you cannot buy cards from that realm either you can travel to another realm.
Robin Hood, Snow White, Red Riding Hood, and the other heroes of the 12 Realms are being reunited for one last epic adventure. The Dark Lords have joined forces to conquer and subjugate all the known Fairy Lands, and only the combined efforts of all the greatest heroes can halt their nefarious plan.
All players must band together to stop the Dark Lords' overwhelming hordes from pillaging the 12 Realms. Individual invaders can be defeated by using each hero's different talents. To vanquish the Dark Lords you must claim a powerful artifact. In their quest to stop the invasion, the heroes can travel together between the lands or they can try to single-handedly defend a realm.
This is the basic game. You can combine it with other expansions to extend the gameplay.

Four exciting new realms lie hidden in the Fairy World and you must prepare yourself to explore them so as to defeat all of their enemies. Kievan Empire, Golden Caliphate, Olympia, and Nile Valley are the new lands you will get to explore to learn their secrets. Ruslan, Sinbad, along with the rest of the heroes, will unite to fight against Marid, Sobek, and the rest of the Dark Lords!
Ancestors Legacy provides a much different game through its plots. There are now seven different plots for both editions, which include a background story and significantly increase the difficulty level and excitement of the game – increasing the amount of decisions that players will have to make. A plot may have you playing with six realms (combining old and new lands), facing all of the Dark Lords, or creating a really fast game with a unique set-up. Now, more than ever, team camaraderie will be necessary in order to reach victory!

NOTE: The amount of the Add On items you choose it may affect the shipping fees at the end. We will be able to know this only after the campaign ends, since we have to check your pledge level, the country and the amount of the add on items.
Promo Invaders Notes: The Invaders are the same as those we offered in the first campaign of 12 Realms. For you who already have this item, you do not have to add it again.
Ghost Galleon Plot: A terrible force was sent to the Bones Island by the Dark Lords: the Flying Dutchman. They decided to recruit the Undead Pirates to protect the Cursed Treasure of the Skull Cave. The curse of the Flying Dutchman falls upon the Area where it travels, since the Heroes cannot enter there and fight the Invaders. Your mission is to destroy the Black Fortress in each Active Realm but first you must take control over the Galleon by destroying the Ghost Galleon's Pirates!

RAID AND TRADE: GEEK DAD: The game is definitely intriguing enough that I want to try it again, especially trying out different characters, and see how different strategies will play out. I think it’s also a game that will change depending on your opponents: if you’ve got a bunch of conflict-shy players, you’ll do more raiding and trading and less attacking; with more aggressive players, expect a lot of attacks and “take that” incident cards.

In order to cover the fees associated with providing this new expansion, we need a certain number of committed backers. We want to offer many new things to the game and this community is the perfect fit to help make this happen. As for how these funds will be utilized, your support ensures that we will have the funds to cover our printers, artists, set-ups, shipments, taxes, customs, and handling.
There is a discount for all pledge levels for both the items and shipping. Example: In EU we pay $25 ship fees for a package like 12 Realms (no extras or expansions included). You will pay $10-$15 to us depending the destination and then we will pay the remaining $10-$15.
USA Backers: Shipping takes place via Fedex or USPS. You will receive your products on time, safely and you do not pay additional taxes or handling fees.
EU Backers: Shipping takes place via DHL from within Europe. Thanks to that, you will receive your products on time, and you will not pay additional taxes or handling fees.
Canadian Backers: The shipping fees we have calculated in the pledge level are based on delivery via Fedex. That means the ship fees are much less than USPS BUT some of the packs will be subject to customs so you may pay more. Of course we can change that and send your order via USPS but you will have to pay more ship fees depending on the order and the final size. If you want us to use USPS just contact us before you pledge.
GOLDMINE PLEDGE LEVEL: Ship fees vary depending on which and how many Add On items you will choose. In order to be fair with everyone we will charge and collect those fees after the end of this campaign, we will let you know the amount and you can pledge accordingly.

Risks and challenges
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE PLEDGING ON THIS CAMPAIGN.
Even though we do our best to ensure a quality product and a fast production, there is always the risk of delays. Supplier shortage, holidays, and weather conditions are just a few of the reasons a production could be delayed. MAGE Company should not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
When dealing with a large number of orders, there is always a chance that errors will occur. If, after you receive your order, you find out that there are items missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the missing items as soon as possible. If your package arrives damaged, please take a few photos of all damaged items and email them to us at email@example.com. We will send you replacements for the damaged items as soon as possible.
Our current estimation for delivery is February 2015. We are optimistic that this campaign will be delivered sooner than that. However history has shown that no matter how well you plan things, there is always a chance of delays caused by third parties. Please understand that we want your orders to be delivered quickly as much as you do.
If a package is not delivered due to a backers fault (wrong address given, backer didn’t claim the delivered package from their post office, etc) , the backer may be requested to pay additional shipping fees for the item to be sent out again.
As soon as this campaign is over, you will be requested to complete a survey through which you can let us know which items you have ordered as well as where you would like us to ship your order to. By keeping in mind that your order may be shipped sooner or later than the estimated date, please give us an address that will surely not change.
