In the world of hip-hop, generations of women have proven they are talented, strong, and fearless. This year’s Love, Peace and Hip-Hop festival is honoring the queens who paved the way and changed the game, transforming the genre into an empowering outlet for women and girls.
The All Hail the Queens themed 2018 World Famous Hip-Hop Family Day marks the 6th year of this free annual festival. This year's headliner is none other than the godmother of hip-hop, MC Lyte.
A three-day celebration capped by a free, family-friendly festival on Saturday, April 14, Love, Peace & Hip Hop brings over 12,000 attendees to Columbia’s Main Street. Creating an unforgettable day of fun for all ages, World Famous Hip-Hop Family Day gathers the community together like no other event in the city. Attendees enjoy the best and brightest live performers, DJs, B-Boy dance crews, hip-hop visual artists, and craft and food vendors.

We've already secured significant private and public partnerships, and are very close to our overall goals. We just need this last little bit of help from YOU to bring it in over the top.
Hitting this goal will make 2018 a bigger and better festival. Our individual fans and supporters have expressed an interest in helping us grow the event, and this is the chance to help. If you are a fan of hip-hop and this festival, show your support today!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
