Frequently Asked Questions
Everything is cast is spin-cast resin. Most Heroines (excluding the Freebies) will also be available in metal. (Spin-cast resin and metal are priced the same).Last updated:
We've outlined the estimated retail price of each mini on the KS front page.
However, please know that once the minis reach retail, their actual retail price may slightly vary due to currency fluctuations between the Euro, the Dollar and the British Pound.Last updated:
During the KS campaign, there will be one Update every day. After the campaign, we intend to post roughly one Update per month, and more often if something urgent comes up.Last updated:
We are dedicated to give you the best possible support. We found out that the best way to do this is when we are in direct contact with you. So write us directly through the KS messaging system, or at RagingHeroesTeam@gmail.com, or talk to us directly on our Live Chat at www.ragingheroes.com.Last updated:
We've come to realise that the Kickstarter Comments Thread is not the most efficient place to interact with our backers. The sheer amount of comments, the inability to edit them (for both you and us), to include images, etc., means that valuable information and legitimate questions, ideas and concerns do get lost and may go unanswered.
If you need a question answered, and if you want to make sure we see your question/comment/feedback, please contact us directly (see above).
Also, please know that we compile the recurring question/comment/feedback that you send us, and address them in our Updates.Last updated:

Free Upgrades are for everyone, regardless of your Pledge Level.Last updated:
As we don't work with the big Chinese manufacturers but with small foundries located in the UK and the US, we don't need to wait for 1 or 2 or 3 big massive shipments sent in container by boat before being able to start fulfilling the project.
On the contrary, our streamlined production is an ongoing process, with new stuff coming in every week. This means that as soon as manufacturing starts, new minis become available in a continuing fashion.
Therefore, we will have minis to ship in early Fall, and in a continuing flow after that.
Kickstarter asks us to provide an estimated delivery date of the project, which is entirely normal. However, this date is then locked in with the Pledge Description, and Pledges cannot be amended once there is one backer on it.
And so, we have set this date to March 2016, which seems a good timing considering the work that is already done to date, and how we plan to do the rest, based on our past experience and our improvement of production workflows. This date is for a Kickstarter that would be roughly of similar size to our previous one (TGG), that is, between $600K-$900K.
However, in the case of this KS going higher and, say, up to $1.5 million, newer unlocks and the increased volume of production will definitely impact the date of the final manufacturing and release of all models and push it out to late Summer 2016.
Again, remember that the production is continuous and that you will have the possibility of receiving the available minis at any time once they are produced, and way before the entire production is completed.
Furthermore, just so you know, we are already working on plans to expand our creative and manufacturing capacities. Our plan is that the higher the KS grows, the more we can move to the next level, both in the quantity of sculpts that we can produce and in the quantity of casts that we can get manufactured. We are already working on this. We will as usual keep you informed via our monthly Updates.Last updated:
It looks like a few backers who may be new to Kickstarter are a bit unsure about how how Stretch Goals, Freebies, Add-ons, and increasing pledges work. It is true that we do take all this for granted, but being confronted to a Kickstarter for the first time can be confusing. So here are a few pointers below.
By pledging at Lieutenant Box and above, you are automatically getting Freebies worth over $200.
We unveil a new one every day.
Every time the TGG2 campaign passes a new level of funding, we unlock a new item. For example, when we reached the $500,000, we unlocked the Altar of the Succubi, which means that you will be able to select this as one of your Rewards. So, the more stretch goals are unlocked, the more different models you can choose from once the campaign is over.
The Free Upgrades are very cool: they will add new stuff to already unlocked figures. Mostly, that will be additional alternative heads and body parts to create even more customisable troops. There will also be additional weapons to make better-looking champions or to give heavy weaponry to some of the troopers. There will even be complete miniatures added to the All-Star boxes (see Update 3 for info on All-Star boxes: http://bit.ly/TGG2-03
Increasing your Pledge
Once you've already pledged once, there is a big green button on the top right of the TGG2 Kickstarter project tht says “Manage your Pledge”. When you click on it, ou can add more funds. If you really want to increase the value of your Pledge, you can go to a higher Pledge Levels. The higher the Pledge Level, the better the deal.
Choosing your Rewards
After the end of the campaign, we will give you access to the Pledge Manager. It is a web-based tool that will allow you to select precisely which miniatures you want.
Add-ons are special items that you can also add to your Pledge count. They are not necessarily unlocked as Stretch Goals. For example, the Freebies will also be available as add-ons, for those who pledge at lower than Lieutenant Level, or those who want to select extra Freebies. There will be an Add-on table added to the TGG2 KS front page later in the campaign.Last updated:
New minis are now unlocked because we've passed new Stretch Goals, but the list of all minis does not yet reflect that!
True, it does happen, particularly if we're all off to bed :)
We will continue to update it often. But we always leave the Stretch Goals list on the Front page, so that you know exactly where you're at. So make sure you take a look at it when there's a particular model you want, until we have time to update the all the lists :)Last updated:
