Update #88: More Info about the Pledge Manager + New Images

Here is another short update, because many things are happening around the Pledge Manager.

So first of all, please note this address: ragingheroesteam at
Just replace the spaces and the word at by @.

If you have any questions about your pledge or the pledge manager, contact us there (or by Private Message via Kickstarter). We've created this email address especially to answer all of your pledge related questions.

What's going on with the Pledge Manager?

After our previous Update regarding the Pledge Manager, we received many messages asking very pertinent questions.

Some of them meant that we even had to talk again with our suppliers and our drop shippers to see how we would handle certain specific cases. So we modified a few things in the Pledge Manager itself to accommodate your needs.

Furthermore, we've just added a Live Chat to the Pledge Manager so we can answer many of your questions in real time. We hope this will give you the best possible experience with the Pledge Manager.

We are currently writing another Update that summarises all this info. The Pledge Manager will go live very shortly after you get that update.

New Images

In the meantime, we've also have made a few new images (scroll down to see them all) for the Pledge Manager.

But first, please note that we caught a few mix-ups in the Artillery renders that you may have seen in previous Updates. Therefore, to make sure you know which Servants go with which Artillery Mount, you will need to refer to the Pledge Manager images. They will show the definitive combinations.

And now, for the images:

  • The freebie Kristina Karlstein (IE) has been redone.
  • Commander Elektra Eisenstein (KST) has been upgraded to a more epic look.
  • Arsuhka (KST Yaga) has been completely re-created as we never thought that she was up to par with her two other Yaga sisters. Her sculpt is being redone now.
  • We've shown Heleria Drakkenfeld before, but you've never really seen her Heavy Lightning Gun.
  • You'll also discover the alternate arms of Snow Ivanka...
  • ... as well as the final version of the pilot for the KST Mecha.
  • And we've also thrown in a new render of KST Sniper Karmina Noxx in the mix, just because we thought it looked cool :)

      Dear Loud`n Raging,
Why has Arushkas pose have been completely changed? I am a little bit disappointed about it because her original pose was really very exciting and dynamic and I really liked it so much! Indeed she was one of the characters for me for which I am really have been getting forward to see her in hand! I was so excited about her and she was one of the miniatures because of that I have taken part ins this KS, but now: Her new pose really didn`t catch my feeling about her anymore because it is completely different model pose. Adjustmens are no problem (seeing Kristina I am fine with that!) but to change it completely I don`t know what`s going on. Why do you make such great concepts and do change it now this late and so much? If Shashenka would have been posed this way like the "new" Arushka, I would be fine with that, too, because that would be a really great "trio" and Shashenkas pose was less "dramatic" and "dynamic", but this way I am really wondering. Why do you give us concepts and making so much words about it, that the miniatures will be damn close to this concepts as possible, this was one of the key-commercial points in this kickstarter and have been pointed out really, and now changing her this late does give me a bad taste :-(
I do like you miniatures and I don`t have any concerns about quality and don`t mind that the project will be late, but something is going a little bit too far ... Adjustmens are okay, but completely changing, is that really okay????

@ L'N'R: I like the new Kristina pose. Much better than the previous one.

Can you itemize what's in each wave, please?

I agree with Eli. I preferred the original pose.

    12. Eli Swihart on May 15, 2014

That's disappointing, I far prefer the original art pose for Kristina.

      Nice job with Electra

    14. Jan Goldbeck on May 15, 2014

@Ming their original plan included 150 miniatures. So they expected this thing to go big. Besides... size does not really matter here. More choices does not make a PM more complex.
They should have had prepared this.

@Jan: You may not need a complex software pledge manager when you're providing $12000 worth of pledges, as was originally the goal. A fifty-fold difference in the amount of product can change your requirements, and your timelines. Obviously I don't know if that was the case, but that kind of differential can throw the best laid plans out the window.

I'm sorry you felt you need to reimagine Kristina. Personally I think this iteration looks much less menacing. I perfer more "drive me closer, I want to hit them with my sword" and a bit less "hips dont lie". Looking forward to the minis!

    17. Jan Goldbeck on May 15, 2014

so.. "soon" now means maybe after the next update.. but you said that like 3 or 4 updates ago.
In fact.. "soon" means absolutely nothing for this KS. Nothing.
You told us you prepared for this KS a whole year... and never thought about the Pledge Manager at all? What could take you so long after a WHOLE YEAR of preparation.

      More awesomeness!!!

    19. Mark Hofmann on May 15, 2014

I sort of wish some of the character models were 1/12 scale or larger. There's a lot of detail in there.
