Lost & Found follows our lead character Daniel through a pivotal two weeks of his life. After recently moving to London, it is the first time Daniel has been able to live on his own terms. Left alone with his thoughts, fantasies and memories, Daniel quickly realises just how much he has suppressed, and how many years he's spent locking away his desires. Dealing with these emotions, along with finally coming to terms with the death of his mother, Daniel follows co worker Blue to London Drag hotspot Lost & found. Upon meeting Jennifer, the club's lead Drag Queen host, Daniel begins to change in ways he didn't know he could ever be ready for.
Lost & Found is an emotionally intense drama that deals with the beginnings of a young man's journey as Transgender.
We are very lucky to have John Sackville attached to this project. His past credits include House Of Anubis TV Series and most recently The Crown as seen on Netflix. IMDB -http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1528432/

STYLE AND VISUALS
Lost & Found captures Daniel's story through the everyday dull greys of London, contrasted with it's contradicting wild nightlife and colourful charm. Inspired by filmmakers such as Nicolas Winding Refn & David Lynch, Lost & Found has inevitably taken on a surreal and experimental style, to help portray Daniel's erratic but passionate subconscious.
We've worked extremely hard on each visual element. The sourcing of locations, costume and deeply considered art direction have helped support the film's promise for beautiful visuals and exciting drama.
WRITERS & PRODUCERS - Jamie Bacon & Charles Streeter
Jamie and Charles are professional actors and best friends. The idea for Lost and Found originated from an idea of Jamie's; an idea that harnessed the value in the beauty of being proud of who you are. From this idea, Jamie and Charles collaborated and they developed the character of Daniel and evolved his story into a fully fledged 20 minute script.
DIRECTOR - Lois Stevenson
After seeing her original video installation art at an exhibition, Jamie and Charles knew that Lois would add an extreme amount of value to the life and visuals they had embedded into the script. Her bold, discerning eye captures the essence of what Jamie and Charles imagined for Daniel's world. Lois was brought on board after the script's final draft, and has been hard at work ever since.

You can donate! Unfortunately filmmaking is a costly business and we will need to pay for things like: kit, locations, food, transport, props, art design, costumes... The list is endless but with your help we will have enough to get the film made. It all adds up and a small contribution of just £5 could mean the difference between us reaching our target or not. Kickstarter is an 'all or nothing' crowd funding tool, meaning we have to make our target or we don't get anything!* So please pledge what you can and help us reach our target and deliver this film for your viewing pleasure!
*Please note that Kickstarter will only take the money from your account at the end of the campaign, if we successfully meet our target!
Spread the word! The great thing about this is that it's free! Simply talking about our project or sharing it on Facebook or Twitter will increase the reach of our campaign and help us out! So please spread the word!

Risks and challenges
There are numerous risks and challenges that come with any filmmaking process. We hope to overcome these using our past experience and network of professionals that we have on board the project.
It may be that there are unforeseen events that mean the film has to be delayed beyond our scheduled shooting dates in April. Whatever happens, we will make sure the film is made to the best of our ability.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
