Atrapando la lluvia and Free English Gift
The Spanish version, Atrapando la lluvia, is finally here (digitally for now, and physically soon)!
I can't thank you enough for your patience on the Spanish translation. The book translating process was a massive learning experience for me, and one I hope to leverage in the near future. There were many times that I thought we were finally done, only to find a lot more translation errors needing attention. It is now ready, thanks in part to amazing students, friends and colleagues (like Architect Wifredo Mena Veras who provided many late nights of copy-editing and translating help).
The English version and the Spanish version (in its draft state) have already had impacts all around the world. I look forward to sharing in the future some of the projects made with the book.
You should have received an email last night with the link and password to download Atrapando la lluvia. If not, feel free to send me a message for it.
If you ordered a physical copy of the Spanish book, it will be coming soon. The physical proofs arrive by January 15th (which is also when I return from Thailand). Assuming everything is good (which it should be given what we learned making the English version), we will be sending them out right away.
In addition, as a gift for your patience, the English version of To Catch the Rain is available for free on Kindle until January 2nd at http://bit.ly/kindlerain, where it is currently the top free book in a few categories such as water supply.
Thank you all for your continued support. I am excited to see and share what we all make next!
If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know!
Please share the book with others, by sharing http://www.tocatchtherain.org or a selfie with your book, project or inspiration and hashtagging it with #tocatchtherain.
