Who is Long Tall Deb?
I am a singer, songwriter, and performer getting ready to record my second CD and I want you to be a part of the process because without you, I am nothing! I have put what money I have into this and would very much appreciate your help to complete it.
Here is a preview of one of the tunes on the CD. It is called "Married to the Blues" and features a little help in the video from my son Ian and our neighbor Sydney!
Why should I make a record with Long Tall Deb?
You want to make a record with us because you understand how important music is in your life and that without it, life would not be the same! If you like what we do, help us reach our goal by becoming a backer. By coming together, we can make a record we are all proud of AND we won't have to go into debt to do it!
You also win in two ways. First, you get CD's and other great merchandise before anyone else. Secondly, you receive the satisfaction in the knowledge that because of your personal faith and support, this project will have a chance to move forward.

One of the most rewarding things about being an indie is the direct contact and interaction I receive from fans and supporters! Your involvment in this project will have a positive impact on our morale and creativity which will fuel our drive to make the best record possible! Here is the lineup of talent:
- Sean Carney, guitar and vocal
- John Popovich, piano and organ
- Melvin Powe, bass
- Jan Roll, drums and percussion
- Long Tall Deb Landolt, lead vocal
- Philip Pemberton (of Roomful of Blues), vocal
- Shaun Booker, vocal
- Nikki Scott, vocal
- Ellie Lee, vocal
- Stephanie Rogers, vocal
- Ray Fuller, guitar
- Colin John, guitar
- Nick Sonye, guitar
- Richey B, guitar
- Brent Pennell, guitar
- Horn section to be announced!
There will be other guests and personnel announced soon!
What can I get for my money?
Everyone, regardless of pledge level, will receive an exclusive behind-the-scenes recording DVD. This will not be available for sale to the general public.
At every level of contribution, there are some well-priced items you can have. The icing on the cake is that you get access to this music before the general public. Take a look at the column to the right for the reward structure.
Where is my money going?
The money will go to pay for musician time, studio time, producer time, mixing, mastering, CD art design and packaging. Recording and producing a quality album is a very expensive proposition when it is done right. You have my assurance that all funds will only be used toward this goal. Your faith and confidence is extremely important to me.
How do I back this project?
Look at the list of rewards to the right and find the package that's right for you. Then, click the green button on the top of the page that says "Back this Project"
Once this project is successfully funded (fingers crossed!!) I will be posting updates from the studio including video, photos and sound clips as I want you to see how important your contribution is to our project's success. I will also gear up to send out all your cool rewards on time!
Thanks to John Popovich for producing the video, to Mark Puskarich and Frank Tuttle for providing additional footage and to Steve Mack, Mark Puskarich and Bill Jones for the photographs!
