Long time, no see
Hello, everyone. It's been a while. That is, in large part, due to the fact that I migrated most updates over to my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/loganmichaelgiannini)
However, I felt that it was germane to bring it back here for this post. As many of you know, I have been working with a publisher for about a year now to try and bring the rest of Soulless to life. It's been a slow process. First, George dropped out as our artist. Following that, we found an artist we liked who took a down-payment and was never heard from again. As the months have gone by, communication with the publisher has thinned to a point where I am not entirely sure where the project stands. Needless to say, this isn't where I want it to be. Soulless means a great deal to me. It's a passion project that has spanned several great eras of my life, and is a portrait of who I was when I wrote the first script for the first issue several years ago, and who I am now. So I don't want to let it go without a fight.
Which is why I'm here, again, thinking about returning to where it all began and taking to Kickstarter to produce the final 6 issues of the series. This would be a much larger task than just the pilot issue, and the outcome is far from certain. So that's what this post is all about. As the people who believed in me, right from the start, what do you think? Want to see Soulless finished? Would you be up for coming along with me an the next leg of the journey? Feel free to send me your feedback. Just as it was from the start, the future of Soulless is in your hands.
