      Hi there!! I just have to say that your customer service is really unfortunate. After receiving a shirt in the wrong size, I was told that I couldn't return the shirt for credit or even an exchange because I removed its paper tag. As a backer who believed in the company, I was disappointed to be dismissed so readily. I would recommend not buying from this company.

      I ordered a Liz Lemon and an Arden shirt, and despite using the sizing chart, both were much too baggy around the armpits. I sent them back for an exchange, but was told they were "damaged" (some hair had clung to the fabric), and I would have to pay shipping to get them back, or full price for a different size. After having waited so long for them, I was extremely disappointed in the entire process. Jaime was very polite, but what a waste of $65!!! At least I got to wear them for 5 minutes each!

      I haven't had time to thank you yet.
      I seriously love your shirts. Not just because of the unstainable fabric, but because they solve two issues I have with most other button-down shirts:
      The additional button on the 'critical spot' is perfect. Such a simple solution for a common problem.
      And the fabric is not 'see through', so I don't have to wear a top under it.
      Oh, and if I hang them carefully after washing, I can get away without ironing :))
      Please create an unstainable Dalton!

      @SuziB thanks for your comment, and we are sorry for the frustration that you have experienced. In regards to your feedback, we received your order as a return to sender due to the fact that we were provided with an invalid address. When a return is sent to us, and we are not notified beforehand that the order is a return to sender, our warehouse refurbishes the items and sends them out to customers who have been waiting for those specific items. When notified beforehand, we are able to hold on to these items instead of sending them out. Unfortunately, this is why your items were unavailable.

      However, Customer service did try to make this right for you by offering you available items to replace the order with or merchandise credit. Once you chose the merchandise credit, we immediately provided the $75 of merchandise credit on your account.

      Please understand that our shirts are sent to backers as a reward for their Kickstarter pledges. Therefore, due to the nature of Kickstarter and crowdfunding, we are unable to provide refunds. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for international shipping due to our return policy that can be found here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1133048795/the-unstainabletm-white-shirt/description and here: https://www.elizabethandclarke.com/faq/#returns.

      Please understand, your merchandise credit will never expire, and can be used towards any Unstainable shirt or any past, present, or future styles as mentioned in your emails with Customer Service.

      Again, we sincerely apologize for the frustration, however, our return policy is publicly available on the links we provided. We are more than happy to help you utilize your credit whenever you wish.

      I'd just like to put my feedback here for reference of future backers. I'm quite disappointed with the result of this campaign more in the service than in the product (since I haven't received mine and would probably never order again). Here are the things that disappointed me:

      1. Package was returned to the warehouse TWICE. The second time, I wouldn't have known had I not asked here.

      2. When the customer service personnel (CSP) emailed regarding #1, CSP tould me that my orders are already out of stock. Which I don't understand since we PREORDERED it. I assume there is a master list somewhere of the total number of orders per style and size.

      3. I asked for a refund but CSP told me that it isn't possible because of the nature of a Kickstarter campaign. So I opted for merchandise credit because I'm moving in the near future. I asked CSP to refund the shipping fee since, technically, I paid 25$ so they can deliver NOTHING to me. Again, CSP told me its NOT POSSIBLE because of the nature of the campaign. I get it that I can't get by the 75$ pledge amount anymore but shipping fee is NOT A PLEDGE but PAYMENT (hence the FEE) for shipping (that didn't happen). I live in a developing country. This is not a small amount. Also, if I opted to use my merchandise credit, i assume they would ask me to pay shipping again. What is my assurance it would be delivered to me? NOTHING.

      Something to consider for future donors ( and Elizabeth and Clarke too if you want to improve your service)

      Hi @Nabila, thanks for your comment! It appears you did not complete the survey by the deadline, which is why you have not received your reward. However, that is no problem. Customer Service just sent you a personal email inquiring which shirts you would prefer for your pledge reward.

      Unfortunately, Backerkit provided backers with incorrect tracking numbers, and we have been trying to update this for everyone as fast as we can. Therefore, please disregard the tracking number as it does not apply to your case.

      Hi, I'm commenting because I still haven't received my shirts. There is a tracking number listed in my backerkit/survey that says the shirts were delivered to an address in New York in October, but my address is in Maryland, so I'm not sure what happened.

      Hi, I just want to say that I am very happy because I finally received my shirts, and just in time for Christmas! They are pretty much what I was hoping for, they fit well and seem to be made of very good quality material. I was expecting the material to be just thicker than chiffon, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the shirts feel thicker and more solid/durable. Unfortunately, I did run into one problem though; the package I received is missing one of the shirts in my order (white parker, size 4). I did order a lot of shirts so it's understandable if one was mistakenly missed while packing, and I would really appreciate some feedback from E&C on how to obtain my missing shirt!       Is there any chance at all that I will get my shirts before Christmas? I have been waiting 2 months since I found out my shirts were placed on backorder, and it is honestly very frustrating knowing that shirts have been returned and exchanged before I have even received my initial order. I was told that I would be kept informed about the status of my order but have heard no updates despite repeated inquiries. Please help! I am finding it hard to stay excited about these shirts :(

      Hi! I just wanted to leave a comment about the exchange I just went through with this company. I had ordered a size that ended up being too big for me, and after some email exchanges with the company, I sent all four back, realizing I would have to wait an indeterminate amount of time before my correct size was available for my color and style choices. I just received my correct shirts today, and they fit so much better. It was all handled very smoothly and I'm very happy with my shirts. Thank you so much.

      I was wondering, if perhaps, you have sent the items via USPS? I've checked Backerkit and it says the items have been shipped. The tracking number says it was delivered Oct. 13 to an address in PA. I live in SC, and my address on the Backerkit and Kickstarter are correct.
