Please help, opened mine today and the growth gel (inside the frame) is split and moldy.

      hello,
I haven't received my kit yet
It came with DHL and they wanted 32 euros to pay for customs but I was at work so I couldn't pay and when I call the next day, they told me that the sender has asked to return the package. How Can I get it ship back to me ?

My ink never grew either. Followed directions. Waited over 10 days and nothing.

My algae never grew, even when I followed the instructions carefully. Disappointed with the end result really :/

Unfortunately, my ink never did grow. I followed the instructions exactly, and waited for the picture to grow....I'm still waiting. What should we do?

Just to let you know you should change your packaging: mine came with a couple of ink tubes opened and this ruined one of the two pieces of paper!

      Hi everyone,
My granddaughter who is 7 years old loved her Living Ink supplies. She can't wait until more pens and stencils come out. Great to put in a picture frame for her, with her signature at the bottom.
      Thanks,
      Dave
