@Sherri, we apologize for missing the surveys for the "$5 Little Juice Legend" category. We overlooked this because it was a donation category. We sent the survey just now.

Hi Little Juice - please keep your backers informed on what is going on. Your short note on 12/26 was not informative on manufacturing updates, timing, next steps, etc. People won't be grumpy if you keep them informed, even if you say "nothing new is going on, here's a recap of what we've done and what we know....". Otherwise, yah, we'll get grumpy. :-)

@Eulogio, thanks for your query, we just received funding from Kickstarter. We have published an update just now. We are working with manufacturers to come out with schedule for delivery of product. As soon as we have concrete timelines we will publish them.

@Mark, we are using very little stevia just to balance the sweetness profile and keep the juices low in sugar. Aftertaste of stevia will not be felt because we are using very small quantity. We did not use xylitol because it is only 33% fewer calories than sugar and it is toxic to animals like dogs. Agave and honey both have high fructose content which metabolizes in liver converting into glycogen and triglyceride, thus contributing to the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in the longer run.

      [Pledged so I could comment]

Why, oh, why, Stevia? There's plenty of other natural sweeteners that don't have an aftertaste like Stevia. Why not use Xylitol? Or Agave? Or Honey? Anything that else that doesn't have a taste that's so hard to mask with other flavors. On the other hand, why use ANY sweeteners at all? The fructose in the fruits you're using should be enough sweetener in and of themselves.

      Hi Tasha,
We have confirmed that our probiotics are non dairy based, they are grown on a vegetarian medium.

      Thanks

Love, love, love this concept. May you have a successful campaign and company success.

Before backing at a higher level I have 2 questions/comments:

      1. Are the probiotics from a dairy source? Knowing this is very important to people who are ALLERGIC to dairy as opposed to lactose intolerant. Unfortunately for me I'm one of those people so it's critical for me to know if the probiotic is "dairy". I recommend adding that information to the campaign page & as an FAQ.

      2. Why add stevia to the fruit versions? The fruit is already sweet and generally I find there is no need for additional sweetening. Some of are also very sensitive and find stevia is a problem in foods. Again unfortunately for me I'm one of those people where it leaves a bad aftertaste. But even if it didn't I'm always questioning why sweeteners (stevia IS a sweetener even if it has 0 calories) are added to all fruit (sweet) products.

Again the ease of use as well as flavor options and nutritional makeup of your product is fantastic and something I'm looking for but dairy probiotics & stevia added is my current problem in finding products to meet my needs.

      Hi Alexandre,
I looked over all options of flat rate envelopes for international shipping (USA->CANADA), none of them come close to 5-6$. Do you have any detailed information you want to share. We certainly would like to reduce the shipping costs. We will highly appreciate any information.

      Thanks

    24. Alexandre Mc Grath on September 6

Can you also have a look at the shipping? It's 20 USD to ship a 12-pack to Canada... that's pretty expensive... If you ship in a flat envelope it would cost around 5-6$

    25. Little Juice Co. Creator on August 31

@Alexandre, currently we are offering only these three mixes. We will be introducing more options down the road. However, for initial production, we can only offer three variety. We are already on BackerClub, you can check us out! Thanks for your interest and feedback.

    26. Alexandre Mc Grath on August 29

Oh, and btw, you should go on BackerClub, that would help dope the campaign...

Hi there! Any chance of having at least one of the variety without bananas? That makes alot of bananas........
