This project examines experiences, hopes, dreams, etc. of people (like you!) at different ages.
The 19 to 99 Project
The 19 to 99 Project looks to have participants of all ages fill out a questionnaire, with questions about their life, fears, dreams etc. Submissions will be filled chronologically and combined into a book to examine similarities and differences in thoughts, values, and experiences at different ages. All interviews will be combined to create a downloadable .pdf book, and a select number will be featured in a softcover pocket size (4.25" x 6.875") book.
You do NOT need to fund this project to contribute to the book! To participate, answer the questions at the bottom of the page (also on 19to99.com) and email me at email@example.com. Please spread the word, and ask friends, parents, grandparents to fill it out as well. It is a great way to learn more about the ones you love!
▲ What does $550 cover? ▲
The money for this project covers a print run of 50 books via Lulu.com, and cover design, as well as a postcard print run. It also includes kickstarter fees of 5% and Amazon payment fees of 5%.
▲Why won't all interviews be included in the print copy? ▲
Because of the cost to print, and the hopes to keep a balanced number of interviews at each age range, some will not be included in the print copy.
▲ When will this project be completed? ▲
This depends on the length of time it takes to complete questionnaires. Hopefully this will be completed, compiled, and edited by the end of December at the latest (if not sooner!), and sent out by January 2013.
