A project 10 years in the making, Lion's Den is a musical narrative, of a life sweeping from the backwoods of Québec to the midwestern US, with a bit of fiction thrown in along the way.
Songwriter and producer Joel Williams entered the narrative in 2013, adding influences of jazz and gypsy folk and creating a beautiful blend of harmonies in the music.
Together we worked on the project for 5 months, collaborating with a variety of talented musicians, and incorporating an eclectic collection of styles and instruments.
We are currently entering the mixing/mastering phase. In order to complete the project, we need at least $6,000 for post-production costs.
We hope to release the album in December 2014, but we can't do it without your help!
