      I'd suggest something more thematic like this for the general KS font https://pasteboard.co/Hy9xq1b.jpg ...and perhaps something like this for the cards? I feel it's a bit easier to digest if it's segmented more. https://pasteboard.co/Hy9Rj1TY.jpg

      In regard to the font since there've been a few comments on it. One piece of creative direction I would suggest to the design team is to take it easy with the various font families. Too many fonts can make the design come of as disjointed. Choose 1 more fancy "themed" font for large numbers and titles, and one less intense font for smaller body copy. You could also consider making the ability names bold (ie aura of rage, incite fury, etc.) And in case it hasn't been said, thanks for being so open to feedback, you guys have been absolute gentlemen thus far!

      The Keywords won't be printed on the back of the cards, but I will endeavour to ensure there is a handy reference sheet / card you can refer to. They will definitely be outlined in the book, but an extra sheet won't hurt!

      Apologies that I wasn't clear in my response. I knew what you were referring.

      What Scott said is accurate. Brute - Demon - Hunter - Leader are "Traits". The other abilities, such as Deadly, Huge, Pierce, Reach, Immune, etc, are all Keywords.

      Keywords are quite common in various games. Almost every card game I've ever played has had keywords (Magic: The Gathering has literally hundreds, almost every LCG from Fantasy Flight Games has them too). Mythic Battles: Pantheon, a game which often comes up as a comparison for this (and from which some inspiration was drawn) also has keywords, such as Sneak Attack, Leader, etc (though in that game they are called traits).

      I believe putting all of those abilities onto the left with all the other stats would be incredibly confusing overall. It's quite common practice for them to exist in the text box on cards.

      They aren't stats, they are special abilities. Many miniatures games include special abilities. I just hope all of that is explained on the back of the card. In a font big and clear enough for old eyes.

      I was speaking of "Deadly 2, Huge, Pierce 1, Reach 2" How are they not stats?

      The stats on the top line of the card are called Keywords, which are much different to the stats on the left. Not all characters have the same Keywords, and not all characters have Keywords at all. That's why they're in the textbox and not on the side.

      I'm not in charge of the graphic design, but I'm almost certain that the fonts and remainder of the graphic design will be improved before they arrive.

      Thanks for the suggestion about a labelled card layout. I'll try to have this added to the rulebook before the campaign ends!

      I will add my complaint about the fonts, let us hope this is WIP. I would like to vote on card layout if that is possible since it seems to be early in the process. Perhaps of a diagram explaining what is what in addition to the picture of the card. I have a vision issue and I hope that the cards are clear without me needing a magnifying glass to play.

      I do not like the stats on the first line of the card. How they different than the stats in boxes on the left side? I want to look in one place for my stats. I know there are add-on effects, and I get that in the text, but not if Deadly 2, Huge, Pierce 1, Reach 2 are important. Put them on the right-hand side then.

      I agree that a non-italicized font is needed. The current font is difficult to read making it unnecessarily frustrating. (Nice campaign so far; glad you are taking feedback)

      I disagree with moving to a Sans-Serif font. Serifed fonts are easier on the eyes in many cases. I recommend an non-italicized Georgia.

      Maybe consider using a non-italicized font for the body text on the card. You could also try a sans-serif font for improved clarity. I struggle to read the small text on my huge phone, forget on a little card. Excellent design overall though! Love it!

      Love the card design, great update and the more videos the better, they will definitely help those still on the fence.

      I like the abilities. Looks pretty clear through I still don’t know the rules enough.
