Pledge Manager is Open!
Greetings everyone! The Pledge Manager for Empyreal is now live! We will be sending you an email shortly with a link to your Pledge Manager, so look out for that in the next hour or two!
What if I don't see the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeManager"
If that doesn't work:
• 2. Click "Request New Invite"
• 3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
• 4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies.
And if that doesn't work, check the FAQ page at https://level99.pledgemanager.com/projects/empyreal-spells-and-steam-a-fantasy-railway-buildi/ or submit a support request. Remember that if you changed your Kickstarter email after you backed, your Pledge Manager may still be listed under your old email, so make sure to check all emails that you think might be associated with the project.
There's something wrong with my pledge!
That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can find the FAQ at https://level99.pledgemanager.com/projects/empyreal-spells-and-steam-a-fantasy-railway-buildi/ or send us a message directly via Kickstarter and we'll look at it for you. You can also use our contact form.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been shipped, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to PledgeManager at https://level99.pledgemanager.com/projects/empyreal-spells-and-steam-a-fantasy-railway-buildi/ and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.
What if I missed the project? Can I still join?

If you are interested in the World of Indines Collection ($350) tier, you should be able to upgrade your pledge to this in Pledge Manager once you confirm your US address.
Can I pay costs in Pledge Manager with PayPal?
Stripe, the system Pledge Manager uses to process payments, only accepts credit cards. If you would like to make a late pledge using Paypal or add-on additional items beyond your pledge amount, please contact us on Kickstarter or our contact form once you have set up a pledge in Pledge Manager.
We'll need the email associated with your pledge and your Paypal email to properly process this request, so please make sure this information is included.
I’m a group/retailer. Can I place a late pledge for the Retailer tier? What if I want the Deluxe Upgrade or the Expansion?
You can late back for the Retailer tier by contacting me on Kickstarter or our contact form and we will upgrade your current pledge in Pledge Manager to the retail tier. This tier is only available in sets of 6 units, so please have at least 6 people in your group if you are a group. ‘
Backers that already pledged for the Retail tier can access the deluxe and expansion retailer tiers as add-ons. These are also in sets of 6.
Will late backing funds count for any stretch goals?
Late backing funds will only count towards the More Captains stretch goal ($250k). If we reach this goal with late backers, we will let you know in a future update!
How long will the Pledge Manager be open for?
While we don’t have an exact ending date at the moment, it will be open until at least August. We will try and keep it open as long as possible, and will post another update with more information ahead of time about when it will close.
Why haven’t I received a Kickstarter survey?
We use Pledge Manager instead of the Kickstarter survey, so you will not receive a Kickstarter survey for this project. You will need to access Pledge Manager with the link we email you in order to complete your pledge. Note that you will need to update all information requested and fully complete your Pledge Manager by clicking “Confirm Order” in order to receive your pledge. Please make sure your shipping address is inputted and all outstanding payments for shipping and any add-ons is complete.
What if I have an issue or question not stated here?
Please send us a message directly via Kickstarter or on our contact form and we’ll reply to you as soon as possible (usually within a day or two during weekdays). Include any information you feel might be relevant to your request in order to have your issue addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
