A small group of N. Texas artists decided to create the Lee Harvey Bobblehead, after contemplating the legacy of that tragic day in Dallas almost 50 years ago. The sculpture is an artistic representation of the man accused of killing John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and not meant to commemorate, but make people think.
The Lee Harvey Bobblehead is a 7 inch hand sculptured, detailed likeness of the famous backyard photograph taken in Dallas Texas on March 31, 1963. Lee Harvey is carrying an Italian Carcano rifle in the left hand, holstering a pistol on his waist, and holding a copy of the Militant newspaper with his right.
While most photographic experts concluded the backyard photographs to be genuine, many believe they were doctored, altered, or forged. This like many events surrounding the Kennedy Assassination remain shrouded in mystery nearly 50 years later.
We've received overwhelming response for the project, and look forward to offering these collector edition sculptures to you!
