Twitch update & current state
Prepare for a small, but very interesting update. From time to time, we carry out live streams showing how the pixel art for UnDungeon is created. Until this time, the streams were scattered and irregular. As practice showed, they proved to be very useful, since help to maintain contact with the community, receive feedback, and share thoughts.
That's why we've decided to use a more systematic approach and gather the entire Laughing Machines team within one Twitch-channel. Now anyone can see live how certain aspects of the game graphics are created. In the future, we also plan to show the streams of gameplay from time to time.
It is worth emphasizing that this is not a one-time event for a Kickstarter update. Indeed, we'd like to make streaming an integral part of the development. Therefore, you can expect at least 1-2 streams per week, but we will try to be active as often as possible. To be aware of future streams, subscribe to the Laughing Machines Twitch channel and do not hesitate to ask questions (no mics, sorry. Only text answers).
What are other news? The partial rework of the outdated graphics, which we mentioned in the previous update, is now in full swing, as well as creating new content for the demo version. The long-awaited role-playing system was integrated into the game, after which we've aimed at improving the combat system - we clearly understand that it is still very rough and sketchy, but should be smooth, fluid, and fast-paced.
We hope that you’ve enjoyed this update. More news coming soon! Stay tuned!
