About this project
FOURPLAY:TAMPA made it's goal, but anything else you can give before we close will help defray the enormous $3K cost of travel to Cannes for director and producer so we can sell the film!!! Thank you for helping us make our goal!
Help FOURPLAY: TAMPA, the only American short film chosen to screen at the 2011 Directors Fortnight film festival at Cannes, with the last bit of final finishing funds!
FOURPLAY is a collection of honest, graphic stories of sexual intimacy. With the film, we intend to honor our unconventional understanding of human sexuality, with its complications and idiosyncrasies, rendering our work with humor, sincerity, and love. No pornography. No brutality. Just sexuality, strange and true.
In TAMPA, a poorly endowed gay man finds unexpected company in a public restroom.
FOURPLAY funding provided in part by a grant from the Austin Film Society's Texas Filmmakers Production Fund and Jim McKay and Michael Stipe's artist-incubator, C-Hundred Film Corp. It's produced by Jason Wehling, written by Carlos Treviño, photographed by PJ Raval, production designed by Caroline Karlen and our set is designed by multi-hyphenate artist Heyd Fontenot.
