Last Call for US Shipment and Update for EU Shipment

Dear backers, 

We have collected 86% shipping cost for the US shipment.    If you would like your printer to be shipped to US, Canada, Mexico and South America and still do not receive the payment notice,  please contact us right away.   The trucking company will pick up the printers next week.   If you pay later,  you might need to pay extras for the "pick and pack" charged by the fulfillment center.   

As for the EU shipment,  the printers have arrived in UK on the 3rd and are in the customs now.  It takes a lot longer than we expected for the customs clearance. A few EU backers were asking about the current status so we asked the fulfillment center in UK today.  Here is what they replied.

"We are expecting the printers to arrive here next week Thur or Fri. We will inspect the pallets and then send out our address confirmation emails. We expect fulfillment shipping to commence around 23rd October and to proceed for 2 weeks. These dates may change but are looking good currently."

      Aucune information pour l’Europe. Je n'ai pas ma machine. Il n'est pas possible de communiquer avec Kudo. La seule chose réussie c'est de prendre mon argent.

      I also did not get a confirmation of usa shipping paypment, but replied to their email and got one. So far everything seems to be ok and other countries have started to receive their printers.

      Yup, no way to contact and no info on whether or not the payment was received. That would be very useful!

      You didn’t explain where or how to contact you. Previously it was made clear to only contact via emai, next time repeat this instruction and give the email address.

      I got eMails asking for shipping & other fees, PayPalled those, and didn't get confirmation that the payment was received and associated with my order. I'm a little concerned that my order is not marked as paid up.

      How do we know if you have receipt of our payment for shipping? I have a PayPal payment on my credit card but never got any confirmation that you have received it.
